About this house rental
Experience where the 2 founding members of The Lumineers made their start when you stay at this ideally located Denver vacation rental. Jeremiah and Wesley stayed in the lower level of this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, played backyard shows, and gained plenty of inspiration from the amazing Wash Park and Old South Pearl neighborhoods. You, too, will love this quintessential home base, where you can stroll to Wash Park or the light rail station and check out all the best Denver events.

We just recently visited Denver with our family and stayed here. The location couldn't be better...very close to Washington Park and Whole Foods is across the street! Traffic was minimal, always a place to park nearby. The house was clean and charming. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The backyard was amazing and a perfect place for our entire family to hang out. Zack was very accommodating as far as our questions and getting a Pack N Play. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house with a lot of sleeping options. Loved the fire pit and the back yard!

What we loved: location in the city, lovely backyard, hanging out downstairs, space for all 5 of us. What we didn’t love: plastic mattress covers and polyester sheets(!), poorly draining tubs, appliances that made us question our common sensibility, working with a management company instead of the homeowner.

The house is cozy and clean and location could not be better! We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a perfect location for our extended family attending a graduation and enjoying Denver. South Pearl Street is a short walk away with wonderful restaurants, shops and farmers market on Sunday. Washington Park is super close too. The cozy home is deceptive and has lots of room and is very comfortable with 2 entertaining areas in the house, plus a front porch and a nice back yard with furniture and a firepit. I love this cute home with tons of room.

We stayed here for the location. Fun neighborhood, Wash Park, Pearl Street and University of Denver. Check in was super easy. This isn't a fancy upscale home. It is an older home that is super cute, has a back yard and everything you would need. Plenty of room for a family to spread out. Next time to Denver I would stay here again. LOVE IT!
