Small kitchen and small common area that is perfect for a home-base to relax and enjoy after day of fun and sightseeing.
I give my guests space but am available when needed
The host does not reside on the property, however, we try to check on every guest as frequently as possible to address their needs.
Depending on the time and day of the week, maintenance issues can take up to few hours to be addressed. Evening/night-time issues will have to be taken care of the next business day.
Location! Location! Location and Perfect Home Base for a group. This property is right off Melrose Ave, one of the most well-known and exciting streets in Los Angeles! Past Guests have loved being such a short walk from so many restaurants, cafes and stores. Many other attractions such as the Grove, Hollywood, and Universal Studios are just a short drive away.
