*** This is a family friendly beach block apartment that is part of a 3-family home. We want to make sure we meet your expectations for your getaway so if you prefer enjoying late hours (after 10pm) it might be best to look elsewhere. Thank you.

Newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Just 100 STEPS to the boardwalk/beach- the BEST location in town. Sleeps 5 people. Bedroom1- queen bed, Bedroom 2- twin over full bunk bed. We also have a full pull-out sofa in living room. Designated off street parking for 1 car. This downstairs unit is part of a 3-family house and is located in the rear. You will have your own private picnic table located on patio. Shared grill and outdoor shower with other units located next to patio. Air conditioning, TV in queen bedroom and living room, board games, books, free WIFI, all linens (sheets, quilts, pillows and extra blankets) and towels included. Washer and dryer in unit, fully stocked kitchen. INCLUDED: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, makeup mirror, starter supply of paper towels (1 roll), toilet paper (1 roll), dish detergent (1 pack of 4 pods), and coffee bag (1 two once bag). At times, guests leave behind some extra items. You are free to use these. Please bring your own laundry detergent and extra supply of other items if you will need them. 4 beach badges (no beach badges are required after Labor Day- beach is free), 4 beach chairs and 4 beach towels included. Must be a minimum age of 27 years to rent. No large gatherings or parties. No underage drinking. No noise after 10pm as per town ordinance. No smoking on property inside or outside.

*** This unit is for short term rentals only. Maximum stay limit of 28 nights. No reservation will be approved over 28 nights.

1) Check-in time is at 4pm. Check out time is at 10am (you will be charged a $150.00 late fee if not checked out at this time) Our maids must come in and clean.

2) Must be 27 years of age to book. By booking under your name, you assume responsibility for all guests on property during the reservation period. No parents booking for their kids/parents must stay on-site at all times. NO PROMS!

3) No unsupervised children under the age of 18 at any time.

4) Maximum occupancy for this unit is strictly. No additional overnight guests allowed.

5) No pets allowed. An extra cleaning fee of $750.00 will be charged if a pet enters property.

6) No smoking inside or outside property. A fee of $500.00 will be charged if we detect smoking has occurred anywhere in the house or cigarette butts on property.

7) We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicles or personal belongings.

8) Be mindful of making noise in the home at all hours due to the fact this is a 3-family house, and some guests may have small children. No loud noises outside past 10 pm as per town ordinance. Please be courteous to our neighbors.

9) This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur when on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises others whom they invite to use the premises.

10) Tampering/cutting power from the outdoor cameras is strictly prohibited. They are there for your safety and to safeguard our property.

11) We require all guests booking reservation to have all positive reviews and no negative reviews.

12) No adding, removing or rearranging of furniture/appliances inside or outside of property.

13) We do not permit towels, linens, or blankets to be removed from the home. Beach towels, beach badges and beach chairs are meant to be used on the beach and returned home. A fee of $100 per beach badge will be charged if they are not returned. A fee of $50.00 per beach chair will be charged if they are not returned.

14) No large gatherings or parties. Any excessive loud noises/parties will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount. No underage drinking.

15) No subleasing.

16) Keep windows closed if A/C is on.

17) NO PROMS

18) ID may be required at time of booking or before check in for age verification.

This was our first time visiting the Jersey Shore, the hosts, Michael and Jennifer, were so helpful with tips on free parking for the extra vehicle, things to do in the area and places to eat. The home was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Everything included in the bathroom, kitchen, etc had everything we needed, including things we would have never thought we would need (and did!). The very short walk to the boardwalk and beach was extremely convenient for lugging small children and all the things that come along with them. Unfortunately our family ran into a little hiccup when leaving and the hosts were beyond patient and helpful. We will absolutely stay again!

Beautiful spot right next to the beach. We took our kids for a long weekend. It was just a half a block to the boardwalk, no need to drive all weekend. The condo was cute and clean, the owners were helpful and the rules were reasonable. Not a single complaint and would definitely stay again. Especially nice with a private beach to offer towels and access badges and chairs as part of the stay. Made it easy and comfortable!

I highly recommend this rental! It was immaculate, new, offered so many amenities! The owners were wonderful! Michael and Jen had a beautiful welcome note with a basket of treats! They were both so attentive! Thank you! I will definitely look forward to renting from them again!

There are a few points that are tied for best things about this VRBO: best location smack in middle of fun boardwalk, it is pristine inside, parking spot in busy area is clutch, and it has just about everything you'd need without having to pack toiletries/cleaning supplies. I also appreciate the clear communication from the owners. A few downsides that are so minor I would not remove any stars: bedrooms were so bright at night due to light from air unit and outside lights (so bring sleeping masks if you need), and the biggest was the lack of sound insulation. Mostly in the unit above #3, as every step, dropped pen, louder than a whisper conversation, etc. was heard by my family. And unfortunately, the people above me stayed up until 2-3 am most nights and ergo, I did as well. Having said that, I stay in hotels often and that's part of travelling. This unit was great for my spouse, 2 kids and mother all comfortable. Would stay again for sure!

This property is exactly as shown and is tastefully decorated with a perfect location for the boardwalk. It is very clean, well maintained both inside and out and is also well stocked with kitchen & bath essentials. Our stay was perfect and the hosts, Michael & Jennifer were exceptional! They checked on us to made sure we comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay and they went above and beyond with a thoughtful and much appreciated welcome basket and card. We had absoluetly no complaints and we look forward to booking it again someday. Thank You Michael and Jennifer for everything!

We couldn’t have stayed in a better place for our trip to the jersey shore. This was our little family of three’s first long trip away from home. Our 3 year old felt immediately at home and as a mom that means everything! We had a blast at the beach and at the recommended places provided by the hosts. Micheal was extremely responsive either by cell or vrbo and we cannot recommend his place enough!! Amazing beach house, amazing location amazing everything!

My mom & I took my 3 smallest children to Seaside Heights for a 4 day vacation. The weather was beautiful & we had a great time. Part of what made this trip was the beautiful appartment we stayed in that was conveniently located close to the boardwalk. The appartment was nicely decorated, very clean & had all the ammenities you could ask for when away from home. We were so appreciative that there were beach passes to use for the days we were there along with beach towels & chairs. Super convenient. The welcome letter & snack basket provided upon arrival was a nice touch. Michael was extremely helpful & immediately responsive when I had questions. Thank you Michael (and wife) for helping to make this a memorable vacation!

This is the perfect getaway spot. Second house from the boardwalk. Perfect location! Clean, complete renovated, all necessities provided. Grill to cook if you want and an amazing host who checks in regularly to make sure you’re enjoying you stay and making sure you don’t need anything. Definitely a 5 star stay! Will 100% stay again
