About this house rental

Summary:
Staying in Southampton? Want somewhere calm, comfy and classy to stay? We would love to welcome you to Zion House- our new, fully refurbished holiday home- your sanctuary in the city! Zion House is a spacious, stylish 3 bedroom semi-detached home, within walking distance to the city centre. It is in a residential area, close to the shops, restaurants and amenities in the local area of Portswood, as well as the bustle of the city centre with its bars, WestQuay shopping centre, and museums.

The Space:
Zion House has a large kitchen-dining area, complete with plenty of seating, a breakfast bar, dishwasher, washing facilities and cooking area. This leads onto a small enclosed sunny back garden. The living room is spacious and luxurious, with seating for 7 people, TV with Netflix provided, sofa bed and tasteful decoration. Upstairs is our modern bathroom with shower and bath, large master bedroom with king bed, single bedroom and twin room. Each have their own clothes storage, and there are 2 wardrobes and dressing tables to use during your stay. We also have provisions for children, who we welcome with open arms, including a high chair, bathroom step, travel cot, children's cutlery/cups, books and toys. We would love to welcome you to Zion House.

The Neighborhood:
Residential area within walking distance to the shops and amenities in Portswood (a local neighbourhood in Southampton) the city centre and Southampton Common. It is also a very short drive from the docks, the university and most of Southampton's highlights.

Getting Around:
There are easy bus links and walking distance to city centre shops and a Tesco local. There is parking for one vehicle on the driveway. Parking on the street outside is restricted to one hour, so not advisable to park during here during your stay as you will likely get a ticket, but we can provide a parking permit if needed.

Interaction with Guests:
I won't disturb you during your stay and you can check in at your own pace and comfort. If there is an issue with the property or your stay or you have questions, do send us a message however and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, rectifying any issues if they occur.
