1st Floor:
Spacious open floor plan, with living room flows into the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
** Bedroom one has 1 King bed with private bathroom, with view of the back yard.
** Laundry room with a washer/dryer, also with beach accessories ( Beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, and cooler).
** Two outdoor shower are located in the front of the house and back of the house for your convience to help remove sand
2nd Floor:
** Bedroom two has a Master suite with King Bed and private walk-in double shower bath and private walk out balcony with seating and table. Street view/ocean view.
** Bedroom three has a King Bed, private bathroom, and dedicted work space, with back yard view.
3rd Floor:
**Bedroom four has 2 bunk beds(2 twins over full and 1 queen over queen) and a full sofa-sleeper.
** Full bath.
** Wet bar with mini fridge, sink, and microwave.
** Multi Game Billiard table with Air Hockey, and Ping Pong.
** 300+ Arcade with virual Pinball.
** spacious 550 sqft and partially coved deck with covered outdoor seating with fire pit.

On site parking for 3 vehicles.
A starter set of toiletries is including in each bathroom:

Laundry Room:
- Wash pods for washing machine.
**Check-in time starts at 4:00 pm
**Check-out time is 10:00 am
**All guests must be 18 or older or accompanied by an adult 18 or older.
NO SMOKING/ NO VAPING
Please, no smoking inside the home! Extra fee will be assessed for cleaning and odor removal if evidence of smoke.
