Avoid appartment Marmotta - Avoid any Happy Rental renting
False publicity on private parking place in the building (too small for any average car; small size was only communicated 4 days before arrival; no other possibility to park in or near the building (no solution was offered by Happy Rentals). No place foreseen for putting skis & boots (nor in appartment, nor in building). False publicity on mountain view: 5 on 7 windows have ‘view’ on concrete walls; 2 others look on trees that block the mountain view. Small and very unfunctional kitchen; dishwasher did not work, attempt by Happy Rentals to repair unsuccessfull. Unreliable and limited internet connection. Steep 15’ walk from center/ski lift. Only entrance to the building is through dark underground parking.
