The beach is very very nice . Lady’s at check in are nice educated good service from them .
Rest need improvement before it run down completely.
Breakfast terrible coffee taste like bleach, beer at the after not cold , very bad organised . Villas very old no tv.
I believe at the 60’s or 70’s was amazing place but now is it in need to fix up before you charge 300 íes a night . One time experience , never again

The views and beach
The he e curtains were dirty and kitchenette needs an upgrade. We booked a sea view villa but was unable to see the sea as the overgrown shrubs were hiding it. It would be great to prune the trees and shrubs in that area and the sitting area/patio outside the villa

Clean towels and beautiful scenery. The plaques on the almond and Barringtonian(?) trees were informative, The beach was close.I loved seeing the stars. Rooms were spacious.
A palmetto bug in the bathroom, which the gentleman who greeted us doubted declaring I was an excitable woman (or something equally derogatory.
Maybe some bottled water in the fridge would have been a nice gesture, since your letter said the water was too brackish to drink. The sliding doors did not slide much.

Staff was very helpful and receptive. Beautiful landscaping
The place literally looks like something from a horror movie!! I was highly disappointed. The outside of the building is dirty and dilapidated. The musk / scent of the room is ridiculous! The linens were stained. Bathroom was just awful! I was in total shock they actually rented a place like that to human beings

I have worked in hospatality for 15- 20 years in the UK so my comments might be a little sharp, the location is superb cannot fault it but the villa needs a little updating and a refresh which i would be happy to give them some ideas on this, i would keep the retro look which is as as not updated probably since the 60;s this is nice but the paintwork needs a refresh so the paint is fresh white, our headboard was white bamboo but was broken, when we arrived the A/C was not on but this was fine, the villa was clean but needed a bit of airing before arrival as had a musty smell, some light switches didnt work and fan lights, the curtains need changing to shutters or blinds or white nets. the bed was a little uncomfortable, I would have a hair dryer & iron & board in all the villas. The bathroom is lovely but bulbs were not working & needs just a refresh of paint but decor is fine shower was fantastic better than our shower at strawberry hill. I think the site has a great lot of potential and I would be happy to assist. however I would go back and friends also want to come back and i would be happy to recommend it with these changes. oh the food prices and menu should be in the rooms & villas with a break down of different currency as this seemed to change daily on what I was charged and if your not familiar with the currency you could get overcharged so I would make prices very clear for your guests. if the property wants more nfo happy for them to contact me for a full report. Staff were great very professional & hospitable
broken head board and switches not working

The special independence breakfast they offered was exceptional. The beach is one of the best in Jamaica. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The landscape was breathtaking.
The facilities need great improvement. We were advised that there was some renovations taking place but did not see them at the time of our stay. The architecture and styling of the buildings were charming however, they were rundown and outdated on the interiors. If you need to work it is not the most suitable as there are limited electrical outlets. If you need to shave or dry your hair there are no plugs in the bathrooms.

The grounds were beautiful and the beach was really clean.
The facilities were ancient.
