Hôtel au top

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Hôtel ainsi que le personnel sont très agréables et sympathiques. La literie est au top. Chambre très grande avec tout confort. On a apprécié la nespresso dans la chambre . Très belle salle de bain. C est très calme. Petit déjeuner très copieux il y en a pour tous les goûts sucré et salé. Parking tres grand pas de problème pour se garer. Acces facile.Le personnel de nettoyage des chambres au top. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort, für eine Nacht. Und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.

Das Bett war bequem und groß genug, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für einen Zwischenstopp ist das Hotel sehr geeignet. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich. Man kann auch noch sehr spät anreisen, das ist gut. Das Hunde erlaubt sind.

Es war sehr warm im Zimmer und das Licht auf der Toilette funktionierte nicht. Hunde sind zwar erlaubt, aber natürlich nicht im Speisesaal, dadurch können wir kein Frühstück einnehmen.

Tweede keer dat we er verbleven en het is echt een tophotel !! Personeel, netheid , gezelligheid is fantastisch, echt een warm hotel dat voel je direct.

De kleur van het gebouw buiten is gewoon lelijk!!

Top, we komen terug bij onze terugreis zondag.

Uitgebreid ontbijt, alles net en personeel deed alles om onze wensen vervullen.

Verschikkelijke kleur van het gebouw langs buiten. Mijn vrouw dacht dat ik in een bordeel had geboekt.

Le prix du petit-déjeuner. Sincèrement 16€ pour le petit déjeuner, c’est vraiment exagéré pour ne pas dire du n’importe quoi. Le prix d’un déjeuner pour quelques viennoiseries et même pas du lait frais….

receptionist was super helpful finding a restaurant on a Saturday evening, she rang 7 Restaurants. good breakfast, super quiet room and comfy beds. possibility to have a drink at the bar

for a 4 star hotel, there is a need to refresh the bathroom. bathroom fiiting are old. stains on the carpet, even if overall room was clean.

The pillows were overstuffed but there were no other types available. There should be a variety for different guests needs.

Comfortable convenient stopover hotel.

Good clean comfortable hotel. Ideally located for motorway for stopover on a long trip. Plentiful free car parking on site. Plentiful varied breakfast for small extra cost.

No working wi-fi when we stayed.. No USB charging in rooms for phones etc. Although light menu advertised in lifts no food available. Told its because it was a monday. No restaurants within walling distance.

Very convenient stop over Hotel close to the motorway. Clean & comfortable rooms with good facilities all included in the price.

perfect place to stop for an overnight if you are driving from the UK to Germany, easily accessible and fit for the purpose of the stay!

Room size ok, pretty clean, nice staff

no balcony, just a shabby metal roof with cigarette butts if you opened the window. No restaurant on premises

great place for an overnight stopover

Location just outside central Saint Avold so good for an overnight stay when travelling to/from the UK. Comfortable beds and lots of parking.

Breakfast was OK but croissants were poor which is a disappointment in France. No restaurant in walking distance.

Very good indeed,

The hotel is well placed, clean, with lovely rooms, near to the motorway for onward to Calais. The breakfast was excellent. We shall certainly stay there again if travelling by car.

I gave it 4 stars as we stayed on a Sunday night, the staff at reception should have told us that they could offer room service in the evening as it was pouring and we had to find somewhere to eat in the town which was not satisfactory at all. All their communication was in French which we did not understand, please offer English? .

Good location for a night stop, en-route from Austria to Calais.

Plentiful parking, short walk to the front door. Helpful receptionist, easy check-in. Comfortable rooms.

Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for an evening meal, and finding a local alternative proved difficult. Once again, the receptionist was very helpful.
