Empfehlenswertes Apartement in guter Lage.

Gut ausgestattetes, großes Apartment. Tolle Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Burriana-Strand entfernt, dennoch ruhig. Balkon mit Blick auf den schönen Pool. In dem Apartment war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte, auch eine Waschmaschine. Das Apartment wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab täglich frische Handtücher (beides ohne Aufpreis); das ist so nicht in allen Apartments üblich. Alles war sauber, das Personal/Vermieter sehr freundlich. Ein empfehlenswertes Apartment.

Mi son sentito come a casa, le signore che mi hanno accolto erano gentilissime e pronte a rispondere ad ogni mia domanda. La casa si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia e a 10 min a piedi dal centro. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Excellent, spotlessly clean apartments in an ideal location.

We loved the space in the suite and it was spotlessly clean with every facility we could want. The bedroom fan was really quiet. The pool and gardens were lovely and well cared for. The location is also great, close to amenities but not in a noisy area.

One bedside shelf was coming away from the wall so we didn't like to risk putting anything on it.

The best place to stay in Burriana. Beach.

Location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Pretty garden area. Large terrace. Not much interaction with staff but they were good. I called to ask them to open the door to the garden and it was done quickly.

Pool being closed was a downside but I knew that when I booked. Pool or beach towels would be a good addition. A welcome kit or even some basics like salt and pepper would be good!

Alles so wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten - beim nächsten Nerja-Besuch kommen wir wieder.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist recht zentral, so dass man alles in Nerja zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Die Toilettenspülung hat zu wenig Kraft. dass mehrmals gespült werden muss...

chouette appartement pour vacances plage

Nous avons été accueillies par un monsieur qui a confirmé notre arrivée. L'appartement 4 est bien situé avec ses 2 terrasses (une donnant sur la piscine et l'autre sur le parking). L'appartement est à 15-20 minutes à pied de la place de l'Europe et à 50 m de la plage de Nerja avec du parking non payant. L'appartement est fonctionnel mais il manque des condiments de base, la taque de cuisson est minimaliste (2 taques) et il n'y a pas de hotte. Le mercadona est à 5 minutes en voiture. Chouette appartement pour des vacances plages (elle est superbe) même si nous sommes parties début mars et qu'il n'y a pas grand chose d'ouvert aux alentours. Les grottes de Nerja sont fabuleuses! A voir absolument.

Very good

We loved the garden area as it was very clean and beautiful. The apartment was spacious especially the balcony.

We thought the apartment was a little dated and would benefit from a kettle and a proper toaster.

Lovely apartment, ideal for Burriana Beach

Great location, lovely apartment just 3-4 mins from Burriana Beach. Really nice relaxing garden and pool.

Noise from roundabout, beach is fine shingle not sand, Nerja is a short walk up a steep incline

Overall we enjoyed our stay, whilst the apartment was basic it did have everything we needed

The apartment is located within 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops & restaurants. The pool area was very well kept. It was also very quiet and we often had the pool to ourselves.

We would like to return but would request a room facing the pool as our room was noisy at night.

A lovely clean apartment close to the beautiful centre of Nerja.

A peaceful location very close to Burianna beach but a good 15 minutes to the centre up a steep walk. The apartment was lovely and what we were expecting from the photos. I would recommend it!

The master bedroom (apartment 4) had a terrace but it overlooked the car park. The second bedroom had a terrace with tables and chairs that overlooked the pool which we liked. The local beach was very busy and wasn’t sandy… and no beds to hire unless you pre booked.

very clean and close to beach

Elena is a great host and promptly got anything we needed. we had the one bedroom furthest from the road and it was very quiet. the kitchen was adequate. It is a great location for getting to the beach.

when we booked it we didn’t realize that it is a steep 10-20 min walk into the main part of town.

great apartments in a convenient location for Burriana with a lovely pool which is a big bonus.

Almoraide is the closest apartment block you will find to Burriana Beach. the apartments are clean and have lovely balcony’s (we were in number 6 on the first floor). we have stayed here twice and would stay here again. the pool and grounds are beautifully clean and manicured. We had lovely sun loungers and a table with four comfortable chairs. the main living area was spacious with a further table for four in the kitchen area. The girls who clean are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. they call every day asking if anything is required.

personally there is nothing we disliked but just to mention there is no roasting oven if you are thinking of stay at home cooking. there is a microwave and two ring burner which we found adequate for our requirements.

Another exceptional stay

We have stayed here before. The location is ideal . You can walk into nerja and all the shops bars and little beaches or onto burrianna beach 2 mins away. The whole place is spotless. Big balcony to view the lovely gardens . Lovely gardens and a clean pool to use. Very quiet at night . Rooms are cleaned , beds made and clean towels everyday. The owners go out of there way to help and are very easy to get in contact with. We will definitely be staying again. And I would recommend here to anyone. Excellent value for money
