Unpleasant, dirty, unfinished builders yard and i want a refund

Absolutely nothing it was dirty, smelly

The location was ok. People who lived as neighbours to unit were helpful

It wasn't available at all. Host offerred a blow up bed and shared bathroom when booked a room with ensuite that was paid extra to have. I was offerred an alternative that I accepted but not what I booked. Neither was what I paid for or expected. The one I stayed at had a very mouldy and filthy bathroom. No parking available. Was not impressed at all.

A townhouse with rooms you can lay down in

The hosts did their best to make the stay comfortable, despite having to receive visitors before expecting to be open. I did not feel unsafe once inside the building.

The most apparent issue was that the owners were not expecting to have to be open yet, and so the place was unfinished. Mattress still in plastic, the smell of paint still drying, that sort of thing. It took at least half an hour waiting outside the building at night for the surprised owners to arrive with the keys. But even with that aside, I would still rank this on the poorer side. Rather than being a dedicated hotel building, this is a townhouse with the rooms renovated into guest spaces. The location isn't in a particularly great part of town, and you'll have to walk a few blocks from any public transit or major street. No AC, no curtains on the window to keep out the light from the next room over, there were gaps in the bathroom floor around the sink and toilet pipes, no soap, and felt generally cramped.
