About this house rental

This newly renovated home in Middletown, RI is right on the Newport border. Minutes from the popular downtown Newport area or the beautiful beaches of Middletown, you will experience a comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowded downtown but still close enough for convenience. Location is also 3 minutes from various supermarkets and convenience stores. There are 3 queen beds and a queen pullout couch in the living room. Backyard has a grill and outdoor dining space. Kitchen is stocked with all your basic needs. Air conditioning in mini splits in each room.

Village Lane was a great spot for an extended family vacation. A quiet spot to allow for a good night's sleep, and an easy drive over to beaches, farms, central Newport, or further adventures. The beds and couch were comfortable, and we didn't want for any amenities. Kristen was easy to get in contact with, and responded quickly to any messages. We are already looking at coming back sometime, and will recommend this house to friends looking to visit the island.
