Satisfy your hunger in our fully equipped kitchen with a space for guests to cook their meals, a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics like pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, dishes and silverware, and all the bowls, chopsticks, plates, and cups you need. Whip up your favorite dishes on the stove and oven, boil water with our hot water kettle, or brew a fresh pot of coffee with our coffee maker. Sip some wine in our wine glasses or enjoy some toast from our toaster, and bake up a storm with our baking sheet.

Gather around the dining table for a meal and enjoy the convenience of the private entrance with a separate street or building entrance.

Take in the fresh air and relax in the backyard, complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill for charcoal grilling.

I strive to maintain the garden to the best of my ability, please note that it may be tended to only once every few months. As with any outdoor space, it's only natural to expect growth and small insects on occasion. Please don't hesitate to reach out if this causes any inconvenience during your stay.

Please note that charcoal are not provided for the outdoor grill, kindly inform me 48hrs prior to check in if you would like to use the grill.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
