Offering plenty of worktop space and cupboards for your holiday essentials. Delicious home-cooked meals can be enjoyed at the farmhouse-style kitchen table. Retire after dining to the rear-facing living room complete with French doors providing access to an enclosed garden with a neatly trimmed lawn and patio area. Two deep-filled sofas provide plenty of seating and a large Smart TV will allow you to catch up on your favourite soap or late-night movie. Happy Days offers three well-presented bedrooms all with a Freeview TV. Happy Days benefits from three bedrooms, a twin room, a single room and then the master kingsize room with an en-suite shower room. The accommodation is completed by a house shower room offering a bath with a shower over and a toilet tucked away on the ground floor.
A 15-minute stroll and you are on the seafront, with miles of golden sands for building sand castles, paddling in the sea or walking along the promenade. Stop off at the local Pub, the Lobster Pot which is just 100 yards from the front door. Bridlington is a great location for a family holiday with a choice of two beaches and a selection of golf courses too. Enjoy Danes Dyke and Spurn Point Nature Reserves, marvel at the birdlife at RSPB Bempton Cliffs or visit one of the many stately homes in the area. With miles of walking opportunities as well as the Yorkshire Wolds and North York Moors National Parks being under an hour away this area is a must-visit for outdoor enthusiasts. Flamborough and Filey are just along the coast and the ancient walled city of York and historic town of Whitby are under an hour away.
