Welcome to our beautiful lake front beach house!
Our house, “Packsaddle Shores,” is located on the Llano River arm of Lake LBJ. It is tucked away on the best part of the lake.
With a stunning view of Packsaddle Mountain, crystal clear water, and a huge, beautiful sand beach, this lake house is the perfect getaway.
This property sleeps up to 17 people in beds, has a 3/2 main house and a 1/1 casita (w/ full kitchen and living room), and 2 large covered porches with incredible views.

OUTDOOR AREA
Gorgeous, lush outdoor space with covered patio facing the lake and Packsaddle Mountain. We have a comfortable outdoor couch and outdoor dining table for your group to enjoy the views and take in the sunset right from the back patio. Walk down the gentle slope to the lakeside beach with beach chairs.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is stocked for large meals: pots and pans, utensils, and all the kitchen tools you will need (corkscrew included). We have 2 dining tables and bar stools at a center island bar for everyone to have a seat, visit, and make memories.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Main house
Bedroom 1: king size bed with en-suite bathroom and 2 large walk in closets. En-suite bath has double sinks and a walk-in shower. Connected bonus room with 1 set of twin bunk beds and a peaceful, private screened-in porch.
Bedroom 2: large room with queen size bed and 1 twin over full bunk
Bedroom 3: king size bed
1 shared hall bath
Casita
Bedroom 4: large room with 1 queen bed and 1 twin daybed with trundle
Casita has a wrap-around porch, its own full kitchen and dining, living room with very comfortable memory foam queen sleeper sofa, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and washer/dryer
EXTRAS:
We know traveling with little ones can be a challenge. We provide you with a pack n play and a highchair.
We have 2 full size washers and dryers (1 set in the main house and 1 set in the casita). Iron and ironing board are provided.
