Noisy neighbourhood
Beds were excellent and we loved having the two rooms for the family

ok for overnight stay

Numerous broken or unusable items (i.e. toilet would not flush until I realigned mechanism inside the tank, microwave turntable did not work, broken door handle on second bedroom, wifi unusable due to sporadic and frequent downtime and/or weak signal, etc.) An apparently permanent resident two doors down who acted crazy and loud at all different times of the night and day [I suspect either mental illness (forgivable), alcohol, or drugs.]

WiFi extremely slow with phones and I could not connect with my laptop when in my room. Coffee maker did not work. Microwave turntable tilted when rotating and spilled liquids. Some fixtures did not have bulbs. No wash clothes, clothes hangers, or tissues. No hooks, towel bars, or trash can in the bathroom. I had to reattach the drain disc to its rod in the bathroom sink. The flushing mechanism for the toilet was misaligned and would not work and I realigned it.

Bed was like a hammock. The room was dirty. Front desk person was very kind.

I took pictures. This was the nastiest motel room I've ever been in. First of all, the coffee pot was missing, as well as the glass plate in the microwave. The carpet was sooo nasty and moist in places, and it did not even cover the floor up to the walls in places, where you could see down to the floor. The second bed took up so much space that you had to squeeze by to get to the bathroom... Ohhh, the bathroom! How do you expect your guests to sit on that toilet and take a crap? The sink basin was installed right up against the toilet, giving you zero room to sit on it and go potty, and when you did squeeze in to sit on it, the toilet wiggled at the bottom like it was about to fall through the floor. There were missing tiles and cracks everywhere, duck tape around the bathroom window to keep the rain out! OMG... The man who was working the front desk came in late, and my family and I were lucky that we caught him when we did... He was a nice enough fellow and chatty, but he told me he was sorry he was late because he was out on the golf course! then the next day around 4pm, there were customers lined up in their vehicles and waiting for their keys for check in, but he was nowhere to be found, and the first guests became irate and up and left!

No ice machine but staff were very helpful and friendly.

I was charged the almost the same amount as my booking on Expedia, this was not a cleaning fee, he said Expedia charged me too low.
