Our beautiful luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse condo located in a private gated community. Enjoy your vacation in a tropical paradise at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. From our third floor, enjoy beautiful mountain and fairway views, tropical breezes, and the tranquility you deserve. We have a local agent and Principal Broker for Hawaii Signature Properties Joe Morris who lives close by and is able to assist our guests if there is a need. Our home is designed to feel like a tropical home away from home. Living/ dining area is 1209 SQFT, living area featuring Hawaiian/tropical furnishing and artwork, central air conditioning, comfy couch and love seat, 62 inch smart tv, wireless internet, dining room glass top for 4, cathedral ceiling with bamboo ceiling fans. The lanai /patio: large private lanai with views of the golf course/mountains, built in summer kitchen wet bar , including Viking Professional stainless steel BBQ gas grill, hood, granite countertop, teak table with 4 barstools and a comfy teak bench. Kitchen: breakfast counter with 4 barstools, granite countertops, mahogany cherry cabinets, tile floor, stainless steel appliances,wine refrigerator, desk/chair, all of cooking and eating utensils and lots of spices. Master Bedroom: spacious with sterns and foster king size mattress, tropical inspired furniture,, dresser and night tables with plenty of storage, ceiling fan, large flat screen tv. Master Bathroom: walk in and enjoy, double vanity sinks, walk in shower, separate toilet, and a walk in closet. Guest Bedroom: private room with queen size bed, tropical inspired furniture- dresser and night tables & flat screen tv. Guest Bathroom: single vanity, tub/shower, toilet. Stackable, full washer + dryer for your convenience .

Walking distance to the sparking shores and white sand beach
Anaeho' omalu Bay where you can snorkel, scuba dive, ride a glass bottom boat and take amazing sunset photos. Across the street from the condo is Queen's MarketPlace that has a Luxury in Cinema Movie theater, Starbucks, upscale shopping, foodcourt and lots of restaurants.
A short 15 minute drive north is the world famous Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach.
Once you are here you will find many things to do - you might have a hard time deciding where to start. Helicopter sightseeing rides are less than a mile away from the condo, sucking in Kona, hiking, horseback riding, zip linings, snorkeling , luau's, fine dining , swim with the dolphins at the Hilton. This is Resort living at its finest.

I came to the big island for a conference. I was able to bring family with me. We had an incredible stay. The condo was beautiful. The amenities at the property were outstanding. We loved the pool. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I would happily stay again and strongly recommend the property to others.

Really well stocked and equipped with high-quality kitchen items. Really enjoyed our stay, everything was wonderful! Walking distance to shops and beach. I'd go back in a heart beat! 100% recommend. Great spot on the big island!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Location was perfect. Easy walk or a very short drive to the beach. All shopping is right across the street from the condo. It was clean and comfortable with all the stuff you could need. Only complaint is that our stay was not long enough.

My husband and I spent 6 nights here and thought it was great in all the ways. The location is so convenient. The floor plan is great! We loved having a grill on the lanai! The pool, hot tub and gym were rarely busy and we enjoyed those accommodations. The condo was well stocked with linens, beach towels, beach gear, and kitchen staples. Thank you, Joseph. Wonderful place!

We enjoyed our stay in the beautifully decorated condo. We ate breakfast each morning on the deck overlooking the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again.

This property has it all: (1) location-walk to A-Beach, walk to shops, food, other hotel resorts and easy access to main sites; (2) very, very clean; (3) kitchen very nicely appointed--all the supplies we needed; (4) very nicely furnished--plenty of space to sit and hang out and beds extremely comfortable; and (5) great amenities-beach chairs, cooler, water equipment all clean and in great condition. Property Manager was very responsive and accommodating. No hesitation to stay in this unit again!

I can’t believe I am just remembering to leave a review! We stayed in November 2022, and everything was perfect. I come to Waikoloa at least once per year, and this was my first time at this specific complex. Host was great, property was great, it’s in my favorite areas. House was well stocked! I love cooking when I’m on the big island! Thank you!

Perfect location. Condo is exactly as pictured and described. Has everything needed for vacation. Well stocked kitchen for easy meal prep and the outdoor kitchen is a huge bonus. Master bed very comfy. Would definitely book again.

Great condo, luxurious feel, beautifully decorated. Perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the outdoor deck with kitchen and great golf course views, as well as the nearby pool and hot tub. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Would highly recommend this place!

Great stay in Waikoloa near the Queens Marketplace. Unit was clean, spacious, and quiet. Walkable to A Bay and the Hilton for great sunset views.

Very relaxing stay with an elevator to the top floor (3rd). Two really nice hot tubs. Very good kitchen and private outdoor grill with pretty much anything you could possibly need.

The size and layout of this condo was perfect for us. Spacious, clean, well stocked and great location. Morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, being able to grill on the patio and having dinner overlooking the golf course was great. In our opinion, if there was one thing that we would say that would make this condo just a little better, and that’s saying something because it’s just about perfect, a door on the bathroom in the primary bedroom. It’s a beautiful bathroom, but when one gets up earlier than the other to get a shower, there is no privacy. Still give this condo a top rating for everything!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well-appointed. We grilled some steaks and shrimp one night on the great patio and enjoyed using the condo as our home base for a few nights. Would definitely recommend.

We did not have a rental car for our week visiting Kona and this location was perfect for that. There are shops across the street, including a Starbucks. There's a good beach just 10 minutes walk from the condo. There's lots of different dining options within walking distance and the condo is right on a golf course. Condo was well stocked with the essentials and we had the use of beach equipment in the garage.

This is not just a regular place to stay. This is the paradise! Perfectly clean, huge, beautiful place. All the details are tasteful and give you the feeling of vacation and relaxation. You can find there everything from beach and snorkeling gear to coffee filters and shopping bags. Kitchen and grill on the balcony are great for cooking. Beds are comfortable, bedding is soft, shower is great, towels are fluffy. Joe was amazing on communication! I wish we could stay longer.

The villa is a very nice and quiet place to stay. It has all the necessities needed to make your stay comfortable. It is located on the third floor, which allows for nice golf course and mountain views. The property manager was awesome and extremely helpful. I would recommend staying at this villa.
