About this house rental

Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious 3-storey townhouse located in the heart of Christchurch. Our home is the perfect base for exploring everything the city has to offer.

With modern and stylish decor we comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. 3 bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds and quality linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. Two bathrooms are clean and spacious. Conveniently located close to the beautiful Hagley Park, the Riverside Markets, and a range of shopping options.

Property Layout:

Ground Floor: Features the living, dining, kitchen, and outdoor areas. The living area includes a sofa bed that can sleep 1 or 2 guests (additional charge for sofa bed linen).
First Floor: Contains a bedroom with a queen bed and the main bathroom.

Second Floor: Includes the master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite, and a third bedroom with a single bed. The upper floors are accessible by stairs only.

The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large flatscreen Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, which seats six, and make the most of the courtyard’s outdoor table, ideal for summer dinners.

Located by the famous Hagley Park, enjoy the Autumn leaves or Cherry Blossoms when you come to stay. A short walk to the green space, Hospital and Hagley Oval. The CBD, Riverside Markets, and The Terraces a 10min walk from the property.

The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On-street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during school hours however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property.
Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

This property has no allocated carparking provided. Street parking only.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Beautifully designed town house with heaps of space and all the extras you could need. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, it was very clean and warm and an easy location to visit places. The only downside is it doesn’t come with a carpark and the street can sometimes get busy due to the college across the road. If you can get by with Ubers and Lime scooters then that’d be recommended.
