> Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
> Spa and Swimming pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10 pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise..
**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:
> Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
> Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
> We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances.
