The male housekeeper is amazing! He cleans every time as if the room is your first time walking in everyday

I recently stayed at this establishment, which was advertised as a Studio 6 (which I hadn't previously hear of, thinking it was a different company), unaware that it was actually just a Motel 6. Additionally, the pricing on the website or booking platform was not accurate. I was charged more than the advertised rate, with hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront.
On top of the misleading advertising and unexpected charges, the room conditions were unacceptable. There was no shampoo/toiletries provided (except for towels and toilet paper), and I noticed bugs in the room, which felt gross and insanitary.
I feel that this experience constitutes false advertising and poor customer service. I chose this property based on the advertised description, pricing, and expected basic amenities, and I am disappointed that these expectations were not met.

Ridiculous. My husband was accused of smoking weed in his room WHICH HE NEVER DID. They judged the way he looked and assumed he was trash. My husband was barely in the room. Only to sleep and never once smoked ANYTHING in that room. They banned him for NO reason. I am outraged.

Good location to airport and 405. Ask for a room away from the 405 side. The room was noisy due to the 405. When i moved rooms to the other side it was much better.

The room smelled of kitty litter. It was so strong that my eyes wouldn’t stop watering. Otherwise, the room was clean, but dated. No shampoo, no facial tissues, there was only a bar of soap and towels. Toilet was new, but shower needs to be renovated. I needed a place to stay with an overnight layover at LAX, so the shuttle was helpful.

There were dogs on my floor and it seems this may have been the first time in a hotel with their owners.
One howled all early morning (for hours.) Another seemed to get over excited each time its human pets took it for a walk, running up and down the hall barking mad...!
Signs said service dogs and well behaved ones only, so this makes these owners misbehaved and have no consideration for others!

Bad attitude of staff , we decided not to stay here

We were supposed to get a king size bed but only got a full size bed. The bed was also uncomfortable. The room was very sparse and very noisy.

Very pleasant, nice and quiet. Check in was smooth - Kailey was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was so friendly and they had security 24/7
2.0 / 10.0
Front staff was friendly, except that they failed to inform me about paying for parking at check-in to avoid almost $30 for less than 5 hours. Plus the room itself felt humid and smelled like urine, the AC smelled funky as well.

First impressions are crucial. Upon arriving at the hotel, my partner and I got in line behind another guest to check in. The front desk agent, while assisting that guest, interrupted and asked us, "Do you have a reservation?" We responded, "Yes," but instead of gathering our details, he told us to sit down and said he'd let us know when our room was ready. He didn't ask for our names or any other information.
The agent then proceeded to assist the other guest, collecting their details and giving them room keys. Confused, I approached him again and asked, "Why didn't you take my information when you're taking it from other guests with reservations?" He repeated, "Go sit down, and I’ll let you know when the room is ready."
Frustrated, I told my partner that we should consider other accommodations because of how we were being treated. Unfortunately, due to high last-minute booking prices at nearby hotels, we decided to return. When we got back, the line was out the door. The same front desk agent spotted us, signaled for us to come forward, and said, "I've been looking for you." We checked in without any explanation or apology for the earlier interaction, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and rude.
As someone who travels frequently, I've never encountered such dismissive behavior from a front desk attendant. Why were my partner and I told to wait because check-in wasn’t until 3 p.m., while other guests before and after us were checked in and given keys?

Front desk was so helpful!! Great security for elevator and room keys. Disappointed in “kitchen” though. Its just a full sized fridge and a microwave which isn’t a kitchen at all.

I was only in LA for less than 24hrs and needed a place to spend the night with cheap parking and close to LAX. The hotel was clean however the beds almost feel like you’re sleeping in an inflatable mattress. Staff is okay.

I liked the nearbyness of the hotel from the airport and its shuttle to hotel(fyi-shuttle runs slowly at every hour. We waited an hour after getting off our flight for it to come) I didn’t like the uneven mattress that I slept on. Suggest new mattresses.

Room was loud due to air conditioner making knocking noises

The checkin was great the shuttle just fine. I encountered Kailey and she needs some sensitivity training. She wasn’t disrespectful but a poor listen and struggled to communicate with her, I shared with her that her tone was less than acceptable. I needed to change rooms and pay an additional incidental do to having a separate reservation the room change could have been fixed.

We only stayed for a quick turnaround late arrival and early departure the next morning, which amounted to just about a six hour stay. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the driver was super helpful and had a cheerful attitude. The hotel room was very clean. My only complaint was that they did not provide any shampoo. Never have I stayed at a place that did not offer shampoo and I needed it and did not have it.

It would be nice if the dog park area was open earlier. Dogs don't typically wait till 9am to need facilities. Security team was great
