Étape agréable sur notre retour de vacances

Décoration des chambres, sélection de films à la télé, Free Flipper à la réception, vêtements en cotton bio au magasin

Manque de personnel au restaurant. Service lent ez repas +/_ tièdes par conséquent.

Mama, la valeur sûre !

Avec Mama, c'est toujours une valeur sûre ! Chambre top (déco & propreté), très bien insonorisée et climatisée. J'aime beaucoup les savons solides Mama qui sentent toujours aussi bon et n’agressent pas. Lit (très) confortable. On se sentait chez nous. Nous n'avons pris que le petit déjeuner continental et non le buffet, mais c'était déjà très bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Onwijs genoten!

We hadden een prachtige kamer met uitzicht op de Kathendraal. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de unieke inrichting van het hotel maakte onze ervaring helemaal af!

Wij vonden het ontbijt voor hotelgasten te duur en zijn buiten de deur gaan ontbijten.

For the funksters who are less worried about ease of use or sleep.

Modern, fresh, very good breakfast. Super location.

No parking available despite asking for it. They had not replied to my email. Very funky decor but not always ideal - shower and bath a problem for anyone who is. It super fit. The hotel Is basically a nightclub with rooms. Lovely corner room but very noisy at night with nightclub customers having a fun but loud time.

Die Lage des Hotels ist grossartig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent.

Die Einrichtung hat uns nicht so gefallen. Die Zimmer sind mit Teppich ausgestattet. Ausserdem fanden wir den Gang sehr düster.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen, aber schlecht für die Nachtruhe

Die zentrale Lage war sehr angenehm.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war mehr als spärlich - Minibar leer, keine Utensilien im Bad. Die Livemusik in der Bar, die sich direkt unter und vor dem Zimmer befand, war bis Mitternacht sehr störend.

Bien situé, Design original de l'hôtel, la déco est belle également dans les chambres, mais moins dans la salle de bain. Literie très confortable. Propreté.

Pas de bouteille d'eau offert a disposition gratuitement pour le prix ce serait un minimum ! Le réceptionniste du matin nonchalant, les 2 réceptionnistes de l'après-midi très sympathique. Pas de possibilité de brancher son câble HDMI sur la TV. La télécommande un peu troublante (détail). Petite chambre calme mais à mieux isoler au niveau de l'insonorisation.

Le décor, la proximité de l’hôtel sont des vrais atouts. La vue depuis la chambre est magnifique !!

Absence d’équipement ; Le gel douche aurait été un atout, avec un peignoir. Le tout petit savon pour le visage, corps et cheveux un peu juste.

Nice facilities, room not as advertised and food issues.

Very hip and nice facilities, great bedding and nice staff.

We reserved a large room but received a medium room, which according to the staff was the smallest large room available. Did not look like the advertised pictures at all. Furthermore got food poisoned by dinner or breakfast at the Mamas restaurant.

le brunch qu’on nous facture 15min avant de tout ranger aucune compensation proposée à part un « café » le manque de professionnalisme du personnel: parle tout haut de leurs problématiques ou organisations les équipements la porte de la salle de bain qui reste coincé nous sommes restés plusieurs jours et les serviettes n’ont pas été changé

Sehr interessantes Hotel - Aufenthalt hat Spaß gemacht.

Originelle Einrichtung, tolles Frühstück, zentrale Lage, legendäre Lobby.

Die Bettlaken rochen sehr muffig (nach Hund?) und die Luft in den Zimmern war schlecht.

Three day family trip to Dijon.

The location was perfect! The staff was super friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The restaurant was amazing; food, staff, service could not have been better.

- Would be nice to have gowns but not a must - Our room was amazingly designed but we had a space in the wall next to the window, so you can hear everything happening in the bathroom:) it was fine but check it before if it disturb you (we were in big room)

Bel accueil au Mama Shelter

Hôtel très bien placé à moins d’un 1 km de la gare. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Grand lit confortable. Salle de bains très propre avec des serviettes de qualité. Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel Mama Shelter pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité. Les sourires de toute l’équipe en salle et à l’accueil furent très agréables. Bonnes fêtes de fin d’année

Hotel moderne, bien situé, à la décoration originale et un super petit déjeuner

Le petit déjeuner est cher mais très complet, et adapté aux nouvelles tendances vegan tout en restant gourmand. Les produits sont de qualité, en particulier le thé.

ma chambre était au dessus du restaurant, qui est très bruyant le samedi soir. Les odeurs m'empêchaient d'ouvrir la fenêtre.

Très bien situé dans Dijon, chambre propre et décoration originale. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Nous avons eu une chambre qui donnait à l intérieur du restaurant, donc sans lumière du jour et avec la musique à fond jusqu’à la fin du service. Aucune vue sur la ville et du coup la chambre était très sombre. L impression d avoir été mis au sous sol…. Pour le même prix, nos amis étaient au 3e avec la vue sur la cathédrale…. Et pourtant nous avions demandé sur booking une chambre au calme. Je ne recommande vraiment pas

An option to have continental breakfast. However a staff was confused because she was not there when we arrived at the restaurant and we had to renegotiate the arrangement.

The location is great! This new hotel is quite trendy with a great bar/restaurant on the ground floor but still extremely quiet

Rundum gut aufgehoben

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Fussgängerzone ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt fast keine Wünsche offen.

Das Zimmer, welches wir hatten, war eher klein.

Chic, nice bed, closed to downtown but still tranquil

The check-out time is around noon, which allowed us to explore more with the kids. (Do not need to rush on the second day)

facilities are limited... no mini bar, no coffee mug, no water boiler. This type of room may be perfect for one who only asks for a comfortable place to stay overnights. But might be inconvenient for families with little kids or infants.
