Ok for just a place to rest for the night.

Near hwy. Room was clean.

Breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30. We walked in at 7:00. The food was cold (scrambled eggs and something that was to resemble sausage). At least the water was hot for instant oatmeal.

Glad it was for only one night.

Our room smelt horrible. Along with the dead spider in the bathtub made me think the bath didn’t get cleaned plus we didn’t have a shower curtain.

Comfortable Stay

Stayed here and really enjoyed it. Roomy, clean and very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly when making reservation and check-in.

Read the above paragraphs. Very Disappointed with this whole experience.

Nothing. We didn’t even get a chance to stay there. The night clerk rented our 2 rooms and told us we needed to leave there was no vacancy. Called booking.com customer service, she was supposed to get ahold of the night clerk and call us back within 30 minutes and help us to schedule a different hotel & comp our stay at a different hotel but she never called back. This was a HORRIBLE experience with this hotel & booking.com. We ended up finding a different hotel & will more than likely never use booking.com again. Very disappointed because we were over 3 hours from home and needed to be in a wedding the next day.

The night clerk’s attitude and the way he didn’t care that he rented the 2 rooms we had reservations for. He argued with me that we didn’t have a reservation even though I provided him with a confirmation number and pin.

Loved the ambience and onsite Bricks restaurant

Very clean rooms with good view of the medina river which flows behind the motel near bricks restaurant. Rooms are renovated which is a plus.

Bang for your Buck

We had a wonderful time. The employees are friendly and accommodating. The facilities are kept up, cozy, and attractively renovated rooms. Best part was proximity to 11th Street Bar. I would definitely recommend River Oak Inn in Bandera to tourists.

Convenient and friendly service

We enjoyed our stay at the motel because it is close to 11th Street and allowed us to arrive on time at the event. Both the staff and the accommodations were excellent. We could park the bike outside our room and view it from the window, which was a plus. It's great in the newly remodeled rooms. I've already reserved a room in advance at the motel for the biker's weekend.

One of the best place to stay in Badera

Rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating, we requested quiet room, late checkout which was taken care of. The bed is very comfortable and seems the motel was renovated recently so the ambience is what we loved the most. Definitely recommended to the travelers visiting Bandera.

Very happy with the service

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They got us checked in early and the newly renovated room is beautiful. The location is very close to shopping and 11th street cowboy bar.

Did not know about free breakfast.. over all was good but the dirty bathroom door and woodwork was a real mess… what else was dirty we couldn’t see ?

Very good air on a very hot day. TV was very large, beds were very comfortable . Fridge was nice.

It was ok for what I needed in that area.

Location was close to where we needed to be. Shopping wasn't great all the shop close at 5

1st room was musky but the front desk did give us a different room. These rooms need to be updated.

We will definitely return. Great value and very comfortable.

The room was very comfortable (the beds were clean and cozy) and the location is convenient to downtown.

he only recommendation we have is that the floor in the room be mopped, as it was a little dirty, considering the rest of the room was so clean and comfortable. Also, the pillows on the beds could be replaced.
