The beautiful regency apartment offers bright open plan living, modern minimalist design and stunning sea views from its floor to ceiling bay window and balcony.
Watch a movie on the 4K projector, luxuriate in the bathroom with heated floors, or just relax in the sun-filled balcony with its beautiful sea view.
Enter the regency building and make your way up in the lift to the apartment where you are greeted with high ceilings, sun-filled rooms and spacious open plan living that has been designed and styled with your comfort in mind.
The living space is the heart of the home with its huge floor to ceiling bay window offering views of west pier and the ocean beyond. Slide up the sash window and step out onto the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sun go down in the evening.
There is a comfortable sofa loaded with cushions opposite a widescreen HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV and Netflix to keep you entertained. On a cool night, snuggle up on the couch and enjoy a movie night in with a huge 4k projector and Bose soundbar.
The kitchen comes fully equipped to handle any meal with an integrated fridge/freezer, an oven, stovetop, microwave, a Moccamaster coffee machine and a dishwasher.
