You will find the supermarkets and nightlife pubs 3 km away.
The villa is equipped with indoor heating and air-conditioning. It has an enclosed private garden with lovely furniture to relax or start reading a good book. You can enjoy your evenings with the hot barbecue on the terrace and linger until wee hours. For children, a trampoline and playground are present. Parking is available.
The train station is 21 km. The airport is 62 km.
