Pésimo lugar no es lo que se ve en las fotos

Tuvimos que pagar $20 extra porque cuando llegamos la que atiende en la recepción nos dijo que el check in era a las 2 PM y llevamos muchas horas de camino y tenemos una niña de 1 año cuando entramos el lugar olía a cigarro y especifiqué que no fumábamos que no quería una habitación donde se pudiera fumar cuando nos fuimos a bañar no había ni agua y tuve que ir a la recepción 2 veces y pusieron el agua casi a la hora de haber entrado y se ponía demasiada fría y cuando la cambiabas para caliente era demasiada caliente que quemaba el lugar no es como se ve en las fotos

Terrible, awful, no good, very bad stay.

There were bugs in the room, furniture and fixtures were broken, the microwave cord wasn’t long enough to reach the plug, the floor was dirty, there were no towels in the bathroom, there was no trash can in the room. It was awful!!!

Please run away from Paradise inn in Hattiesburg it's far from Paradise it's hell

The breakfast was absolutely a fraud they had cold coffee they had a box of generic cereal on the counter and paper bowls so I don't know who they're paying to do the Google reviews for The breakfast cuz I'm telling you it's an absolute fraud it was a box of cereal and paper bowls and two containers of cold coffee they had no creamer they had nothing and when I had mentioned that the owner had said well each day we have something different but on the Google reviews clearly if you read them all they're clearly pasted from another website and another company that has the same name as this hotel because this hotel does not have a breakfast

They are fraudulently advertising their breakfast they're fraudulently advertising the cleanliness of their facility there was no pool as stated in some of the reviews there was a huge pile of trash with old mattresses and the back of the parking lot there were holes in the wall where it appears there used to be a light fixture it was very dirty the staff was very rude the TV didn't work it didn't even come on when I because there's no phone in the room I had to get dressed walk to the front wait for somebody to come to the desk and I was told that maintenance will be right there maintenance never showed up it is owned by a husband and wife they live there on the premises I told them the TV wasn't working she said maintenance will come she never came I was greeted by a very rude hotel employee that stated that if I didn't like the facility I could pack up my blankety blank and leave horrible experience maintenance never came to fix the television

give me my money back

I have no idea what there is to like about this hotel. DONT TRUST THE STAFF THOUGH, they told me I wouldn’t be charged and then charged me anyways. Oyo is a bunch of cheap liars and thieves..

The app glitched and booked my arrival in the afternoon. I explained my problem to the hotel, and they said “unless we can not accommodate at this time so we will not charge you if you choose to stay elsewhere.” I confirmed with booking.com that they wouldn’t charge and everyone said yes you will not be charged. A week later they charged me. I’ve called over the course of a month and every time booking.com leaves me on hold for an hour after “getting in touch with the hotel” then saying they are discussing the discrepancy telling me that they should not have charged me and then leaving me on hold and the they hang up!!!!

A Comfortable Slum

It seemed as if the place was under new management and there were a lot of repairs needed but should have been better antiquated but the bed was comfortable and the management was kind and respectful and courteous. I booked it because the OYO property near my home is very nice and a good quality motel

1.There were only two channels on the TV. 2. There wasn't an in-room phone to call the front desk 3. There wasn't an alarm clock (hence no phone for a wakeup call) 4. I could see outside between the door and the door jamb 5. The bed had no comforter 6. There wasn't an iron or hair dryer 7. Door was missing safety hardware 8. Only 2 outlets worked and they were used for the lamps

Property is garbage toilets would not flush sheets were dirty and the ac was broken after moving rooms multiple times we asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to us

Price

Ac wasn't fully cooling the rooms Wifi spoty. No soap Top covers had water stains No TV remote ( and when asked was told we'll bring it to you and no follow up. Water was turned off middle of the night with no warning Remodeling at night hammering late hours
