Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly beach house. Great for anyone looking to enjoy Florida beaches. Only 2-3 min walk to the world-famous Daytona beach! The back yard of the home has been designed for guests of all kinds to enjoy themselves. With a full-size pool table, large outdoor T.V and a mini basketball hoop. Great for families with kids or sporting events. In the outer area is a relaxing area equipped with floating egg chair, hammock, beautiful flowers and landscape. Includes a sand beach area with beach chairs, fire pit, grill, and more! The interior has recently been remodeled and has a variety of unique and fun beach decor. This 3-bedroom two bath home has a total of 6 beds. One Queen in the master bedroom with private newly remodeled bathroom. Two Twins in the spare room and a bunk bed and twin bed in the 3rd bedroom. Those two rooms share the newly remodeled second bathroom. Home is equipped with new washer and dryer, new A.C unit and full kitchen.

The neighborhood is beautiful and it is so close to the beach! It is close by other places as well like Publix, Dunkin etc so it makes trips easy and fast. The porch is super cute just like everything else in the house. Overall, it was the perfect house to book.

Super time stay in Daytona. Everything about the stay was fun. My whole group had a blast from the beach just a few blocks away to playing pool and the basketball game out back. My son also caught a keeper size snook at a pier just a few blocks from the house! Thanks Sean for the hospitality.

The beach wasn’t a 3 min walk- more like 10-15, but still close enough to walk to. The house was located in a great neighborhood that was close to everything. Some bedrooms were definitely hotter than others, but it was bearable. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed here for 4 nights. It really was a perfect location for our family, and we all enjoyed ourselves. The kids had a great time with the pool table, the basketball game, and coloring items. Littles played in the sand out back. I'd say the only draw backs were that there was a sewage smell in the back- not very pleasant. I did ask when booking if we would be able to get a pack and play for my baby to sleep in which I was told we could, but we never did get one. The last issue is that in the listing it states there is a BBQ and fire pit. We were planning on mostly BBQ for our meals for ease. We had to search for the propane tank which was in the shed- basically empty and the fire pit tank was empty. When asked about the propane we were told we could fill it down the road. Only half of the BBQ burners worked after my husband tinkered with it. In conclusion, over all it was a good value and provided our family with an awesome location near the ocean and the room we needed- it was very clean also. With a few updates to the advertised amenities, it would be 5/5.

All in all, our stay was fine. There were a couple of hiccups at the beginning with cleaning, but the owner handled it expediently and apologetically which we really appreciated. Our kids enjoyed the pool table and basketball game, and we loved that we could walk to the beach. The street wasn’t busy and the neighbors we met were friendly. There were a few issues with the house — squeaky beds, problems with the water temperature in one of the showers, blocked sink, etc. and I do wish I had known about that ahead of time, but I also understand that this was one of the more affordable rentals in the area and it may be standard for beach rentals. I’m guessing the owner will remedy some of the issues we had for future guests so our experience shouldn’t be a deterrent for booking.
