What an amazing place - right in the middle of the city centre and so comfortable. The staff were super attentive, especially Brandon who was so professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend

Good venue, nice and clean, very comfortable.

Great location. Nice enough place. Bed comfy, pillows were dreadful. Very dark bedroom rooms and bathrooms so putting make up on is by mobile phone torch light.
Other than that it's a good base to see the city from

Rooms are fantastic, hotel is in great location. Noise from night club to 4am was not the best. But would stay again. I now now to ask for a room at rear

Amazing staff, gorgeous room huge! The only negative was the noise: but you can get free ear plugs.

The overall stay was okay, it included breakfast which is always a nice touch. The only real issue we had was that it almost seemed like there was no sound proofing on the hotel room walls at all, literally heard everything from masons downstairs and the pub/clubs outside and across the road until 4/5am ish.

Great location, Nice big room and incredible value.
However I really don’t understand the adjoined club where dinner and breakfast is served. We arrived at 4:30pm and it had disco lights and a guy with a laptop pumping out drum and bass at ear splitting volume. Checking in behind us was a coach load of pensioners who were having dinner there that night? Is it meant to be a nightclub for people who go to bed early or a bar or a restaurant. Staff were lovely btw. But I’d drop the disco on a Sunday afternoon.

Had a nice stay. Close to City Center.

Modern decor throughout but not expecting the level of noise from close by pubs and clubs. As it was the weekend no rooms to change to and it was telling that this is a common complaint as they had earplugs to give customers.

Good location, but in a busy part of town. Ear plugs needed unless you plan to get in after 5am.
Room was of a good standard, but had asked for a twin. Took a few times to get this sorted.
Overall very nice stay.

Just no chance of getting any sleep in this hotel. It might seem unfair as people will say "do your research on the area" but I'm reviewing my personal experience from my stay. You're surrounded by nightclubs, loud music, there was a doorbell sound which you could hear throughout the floor (presumably from the lift) and then during the day, there were road cleaners and construction going on. I was exhausted throughout my stay as i just couldn't sleep.
The rooms themselves are nice enough but could do with more lighting.

This hotel is in a great location if you want to be near all of the hustle and bustle, restaurants and shopping areas.
The downstairs reception area was being decorated when we arrived, this was fine however there was only one person on reception to check people in which meant the area was very busy.
We were given an upgrade to a balcony room, which was much appreciated.
The room itself was large and clean however both the bedroom and the bathroom were very dimly lit. Bed was very comfy and nice touches with the slippers and robes.

First time staying at this hotel. Staff were friendly and we were really lucky and informed on arival that we had been given a free upgrade. The girl that told us was so lovely and exited telling us that we couldnt help but get even more exited. Thank you. My only advace is if your a family looking for a quiet hotel dont take first 3 maybe 4 floors as it was noisy with the bar down stairs, but luckly we were on 5th floor so were ok. Be intressting to see how it is once they finish the revamp x

Can’t complain, was exactly what we needed, and was better than our expectations. For the price point, it was fantastic. Great location, great amenities, very clean. No complaints.
One note is that the tv was not connected to the internet so the apps didn’t work.

From check in to 4am there was nightclub level music from what appeared to be the only place to get food in the hotel, according to the website all that was on offer was a bottomless brunch at £45 a head! Even on the 6th floor with all doors and windows closed the music was too loud to sleep and as clocks went back this weekend i effectively got no sleep until 5 am. if this is the target audience the hotel wants then that's fine but make it clear in the adverts that this is, at least in Saturday nights, not a hotel for relaxing breaks.

Very clean and tidy room was excellent very spacious

The hotel is conveniently located, however the cafe was being renovated meaning no refreshments immediately available.
The staff are friendly and attentive.
The rooms are a decent size but cleanliness needs attention. Most of the furniture had a layer of dust and some stray hairs in the bathroom leaves you feeling that the room needs more attention when it comes to cleaning. Additional towels would
Be helpful too.
The hotel should make it clear it is located opposite bars and clubs because even on a Monday and Tuesday the rooms facing Seel St are very noisy.

Great hotel & service

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life.
The blonde woman on reception is the rudest, most miserable person I have ever come across. She didn’t even make eye contact. There was 5 staff behind the desk all on their phones, it was like walking into a youth club not a hotel reception. The staff were really not welcoming and the rooms were shaking from the nearby local clubs booming music.
Even the people that worked in the breakfast restaurant were rude, we decided to go elsewhere after being made to feel clearly unwanted.
The beds were actually comfortable, but other than that I don’t have anything good to say about this hotel.

Good location but a little noisy at times. But that’s to be expected! My biggest feedback would be that the bathroom was very basic and not appealing, old mixer taps and basic shower, no hand creams or shower gel dispenser, just a tiny not very eco friendly bottle. I feel this needs to be updated as even a premier inn or similar budget hotel wins on that front.

Great location a bit noisy at night (top floor stay during weekday stay) but very comfortable. No issues, staff very friendly :).

Friendly, efficient check in staff and an unexpected room upgrade made this a good choice for a business stay in Liverpool

Awful experience. The hotel has a bar that blasted out music till gone midnight. And the nightclub opposite was still playing thumping bass music at 6am Sunday morning. Worse stay in a hotel noise wise
Ruined what would have been a pleasant hotel to stay in

I paid a little extra for an anniversary package where they put rose petals in the room and provided us with Prosecco and chocolates on check in. The way this was done was excellent my only issue was the noise of the clubs and bars on the same street still blaring until 6am which made it very difficult to get some rest. Good hotel for the people who want to stay out until that time, not so good for the people who don’t. Good hotel and facilities though and we were well looked after to can’t complain too much!

Best value, best location, great choice!!

The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly, but bookers need to know this hotel is near nightclub/late night drinking. All I could hear to the early hours is noise outside and people shouting.

Great start. We were initially disappointed as it room was front facing and was very noisy from music from the local bars. We easily changed rooms to a rear room, no noise. Spacious and clean room, good shower and comfy room. We were advised the next time we stay, ask for a rear room, which we will. Location is perfect as well.

Very noisy in surrounding area - loud music in buildings nearby until 4.30 am.
Window wasn’t very good at helping to keep the noise out.
The room and hotel itself were fine - but I wouldn’t book this hotel or any others in this area again due to the noise

Noisy from the night club opposite. We also had a very noisy room next door that was having a party with around 20 people in. I complained and complained in the morning, however the receptionist didn’t seem too interested.

The rooms have no ventilation and the rooms are outdated . The beds are very old and make alot of noise. Double rooms consist of 2 single beds joined together. Staff are unhelpful and rude.so if you have breathing issues stay away from this hotel. BW hotel have some of the worst hotels

Other than the racket from Concert Square a great hotel to stay at.
Always Professional Reception Team.
Quality rooms and services.
As a VIP I appreciate the late checkout and coffee.

The room was great as were the staff. The only thing that let it down was:
- the room was really warm. No air con.
- I didn’t have towels and when I asked for some I was given a hand towel.
- there was no toiletries in the shower. I know I could have asked for some but, at that point I was standing in the shower already wet.
The staff were fantastic and the location was good too. It’s a little noisy on a Saturday night but I know the location so was expecting it.
