I spent the first part of my vacation on the phone with Vasca with all of the problems in the condo with no follow throu

House was dirty we didn’t have the bedding for all beds & a lot of things in the house were broken.no WiFi or tv in condo

The pictures were misleading to how small the place was, elevators were not working during entire stay and put on the 3r

Location was nice.

Staff could be more friendly and not rush family to leave before checkout time.

Horrible experience

The property was much smaller than described. After numerous calls to verify we could still come after the hurricane, in which we were told yes, we got there to unclean rooms, no power and no assistance nor the ability to contact anyone.

Lack of communication to remedy and issues. The refrigerator was a mini fridge and NO oven.

One of the best trips to Galveston we have had.

We had a great time. There was plenty room for all 7 adults.it was clean and the host brought us plenty towels as well. I was very happy that they came by and put a curtain up in the main bedroom. It was still bright in the morning but we get up early anyways.

The sofa bed needs to he replaced we had to use an air mattress instead. Did not realize there was an age and weight limit for the bunk beds so we only used the bottom bunk.

Desperately needs attention...

The ocean view was awesome, and the two pools were nice. Surprisingly, the two beds were comfortable.

The condo is really run down and in desperate need of some TLC. I had read reviews before we booked, but I didn't believe that it could be that bad, but it was. The 2 burners in the kitchen were not set into the little stove properly, so we didn't even want to turn it on, and only one of them worked anyway. There are no blinds in the master bedroom, so there are street lights and decorative lights right outside the bedroom that shine in all night. The sofa sleeper was so bad that my son just decided to sleep on the couch, which was a huge bummer. The bathroom is an awkward setup with only one shower but two toilets. The outlet in the master bedroom smelled like it was overheating off and on all night, which was a little concerning. Overall, I would caution people from staying here until some of these items are fixed. All 6 of us were disappointed with the unit and really hope that the owners hear what we are saying and put some money into some safety issues and simple upgrades. It wouldn't take a lot for this small area. With this ideal location, they could charge more with blinds, better furniture, a working kitchen, locks that work on doors, better electrical outlets,new wallpaper in the bathroom that isn't half torn off and a keypad to get in and out of the unit, instead of one key. With 6 adults, it was hard to manage the one key. Please, please turn this into the amazing place it could be.

Great get away location from the city in a great location.

The location was great even though it was not clearly signed! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility has 2 pools, one with a Mushroom waterfall, and one on the other side. Pool area was clean and well lit. Outside restrooms are at both pools, along with a shower area and they were fine. Unit 1306 was on the top floor and it was clean. The linen felt clean, which is wonderful. It is located across from Wal Mart, which is very convenient. A bag of ice was $2.04 while the ice at the facility was $3 something. Elevator is very small but it worked.

Pictures, using their wide-angle lens, are a little deceiving. The place is pretty small but did accommodate the 5 of us well. #1 - HUGE Issue - the front bedroom has NO CURTAINS AT ALL!!!!! Not even a rod to say their use to be curtains. The street light shines right on in along with the sun in the morning! There should be black out curtains in the front bedroom and the patio doors! This should be fixed immediately! #2 - There is nothing that says Beach Haven anywhere, so there was time wasted on that. It is really the Victorian right across from Wal Mart and Sonic. #3 - No pepper. They gave us salt but no pepper! Big disappointment. #4 - Unit 1306 was okay. Clean and had dishes, old clean dish rags (only 2) that have seen better days but worked okay. The TV's (not that we used them) were super small. My CPU screen was bigger that the one in the front bedroom. Never saw a bug inside. #5 - The bunk beds were okay except it had a sign on it that said children under 8! I didn't see anything on line about that but it did hold my 130 lbs just fine. It was precarious getting up and down. I would only put someone who doesn't have to get up in the middle of the night on the top bunk. We made it work. #6 - The TV's (not that we used them) were super small. My CPU screen was bigger that the one in the front bedroom. The picture in the living room needs to be given away. It should be an inviting beach scene in my opinion and not some drab Victorian picture.

Our stay was okay, we made the best of it.

The view from the balcony, but balcony was dirty.

All the furniture was very antiquated. Pictures on the web were very deceiving.

everything perfect, enjoyed our 3 days there

great location, 3 mins walk to the sea, nice and clean pools, quiet and clean, big appartment

3TVs in our appartment, but no cable so couldnt watch anything. Otherwise everything was perfecft

The TVs did not work. Plus no blinds in the room and the dressers where broke. The stove was broke and the fuses keep breaking when you would plug in dryer
