Welcome to Sandcastles at the Beach! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse with shared pool access, ducted air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, Netflix and all the comforts of home will wow you as soon as you walk in the door. Designed and styled with luxury and comfort in mind, this stunning townhouse will be sure to make your holiday a memorable one.
As you walk in the door, you are greeted by the large open living space and light-filled lounge room. With a comfortable lounge, flat screen TV, dining table, ducted air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchen, it is the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the local area.
The living area opens out into the sun-filled courtyard with outdoor dining, an umbrella, a sun lounge, fairy lights, and BBQ – the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon beverage. Soak up some sun during the day or unwind under the fairy lights at night.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need, including a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, fridge, microwave, and Nespresso pod machine.
Upstairs features 3 spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning in all bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, large walk-in robe, day bed, balcony access, flat-screen TV with Netflix, and ensuite. The single day bed is perfect to sleep an additional person and the room is large enough to fit a porta cot for any young children.
The second bedroom features another queen bed, with the 3rd bedroom sleeping 2 people in 2 single beds. All bedrooms open out onto balconies with robes. The main bathroom is split 3 ways and features a separate toilet, double vanity, shower, and spa bath.

Please note this property sleeps a maximum of 6 Adults, or a maximum of 7 guests including children.
There is an additional third toilet downstairs, as well as a laundry with a washing machine for your use, as well as a clothes dryer in the garage. The garage has a “chill out zone” with games and toys perfect for the kids or teenagers to relax and hang out.
The townhouse is at the front of the complex and conveniently located from the shared pool, which is accessible from the back door of the property. Parking is available in the garage for 1 car, and there is additional visitor parking in the complex and free on-street parking available.
The Sandcastles is a short and flat walk to Fingal Bay Beach, Surf Club, and Fingal Bay Sports Club, as well as the main street which has cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket. Sandcastles is a short drive to the beautiful Shoal Bay and the town center at Nelson Bay.
Important Note for Linen: For bookings made after November 5, 2024, all beds are made ready for your stay, prior to arrival with quality linen, including bath towels.
Please note that during peak periods and holidays, the high volume of visitors in the Port Stephens Region may result in intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity.

The guest will nominate the number and identity of guests (including providing each adult guest’s full name and mobile phone number) that will occupy the property and will not allow any other person to enter the property. Additional guests at the property will incur additional charges.

You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
