About this house rental
Rates are currently discounted until Nov 4. The first floor, including 2 bedrooms, a rec room, gym, bathroom are not accessible. Workers will only be on the first floor, which can be locked off from the rest of the house for your privacy. The boat dock is available if needed, though we prefer to rent to those displaced by the recent hurricane.
Welcome to the Gulf Shore Escape by Clearwater Beach Homes! This highly desired heated pool house sits on Hernando Beach. The home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering ample space with two living areas and a kitchen—plus a cozy kitchenette. Kids will love playing shuffleboard and enjoying the giant Connect Four game, while adults can unwind by the pool or use the floating dock for boating adventures.
The driveway accommodates up to six cars or trailers, and there’s room for two watercraft. It's important to be respectful of the neighborhood and avoid creating wakes.

Need to Know
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the entrance to the front door and another on the southwest corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one.
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
