Genevieve was absolutely amazing! The home was gorgeous and exactly what we needed to have a great stop for the night in Music City! We even had a perfect view of the city lights from across the water! Everything was clean and the home had literally Anything you forgot! I will definitely be looking for Genevieve on our next visit to Nashville!!!

The place was very clean, plenty of space and the three bathrooms was a huge plus. Was a 10 minute walk to Broadway so the location was perfect. I will def stay there again when I go back to Nashville.

We came to Nashville for a baseball tournament for our son. We wanted a condo with a central location with access to restaurants and bars. The location is great if you are interested in visiting broadway. The view of the train track bridge is beautiful. The host responded very quickly and was helpful with and questions. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome, very well appointed (they thought of everything) condo in a great area. The condo is beautiful with plenty of room for our group of 5 (adults, children, teens).
On arrival we were initially concerned with the location. The building is alone in an industrial area a little North of downtown. However, after walking from to both downtown and Germantown, it was the perfect location.
Thank you Jenny for a great experience.

Very cute place. The host is very quick to respond and helpful with accommodations. We were on a girls trip with 7 guests and we had plenty of space to enjoy or weekend stay.

A group of us headed to a Nashville to kick off our summer break. The accommodations were great! Comfortable beds, clean, and close to many things! The host was quick to respond to my questions prior to the trip. Would book again if I go back to Nashville!

Great place! Comfortable beds and good location. $5-10 Uber drive to the heart of downtown .

We enjoyed the spacious rooms in this condo. Two older adults, one parent and one child were all comfortable in this three bedroom unit. Kitchen has top of line appliances. Bathrooms include nice amenities like hair dryer, toiletries etc. Unit was very clean. We appreciated secure covered parking space because temps were HOT during our visit. Codes made access to parking, building and unit easy. Building was a little too far for us to walk downtown but we saw others walking and biking in the area. Nashville is growing so be ready for lots of construction but you can still get around. Fun place to visit!

Our family gathered from three states to celebrate our daughters 21st bday. The 6 of us had a wonderful time. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The condo has a beautiful view of the river from the kitchen. It is close to the railroad tracks but the sound machines in the bedroom help drown out the noise. It was a wonderful visit !

Getting into the condo was interesting, codes for the elevator & condo unit, sensor was sensitive so hard to get the code right the first time. The instructions to the condo were written in one long paragraph which made finding individual instructions, such as the codes to the elevator, etc., a challenge. Could not get any heat in the unit, there is a nest thermostat that required watching a you tube video to operate. Once we figured it out, we got the heat going and was fine. The owner/managers were not very responsive as we worked through the heat issue. Lots of construction in that area made getting around challenging but not too bad. After a few nights we no longer heard the trains all night long. I was grateful the unit came with earplugs on the bedside table. The unit itself was comfortable and nicely furnished however, not greatly appointed. No sponge or dish towels in the kitchen, not enough TP and only 1 box of tissues.

Clean, spacious, short walk to downtown

This property was extremely clean from the beginning. My wife loved how secure all the entrances and even the garage was (this is always a concern of hers when we travel). The short 15 minute walk to the strip and tons of great restaurants was ideal for our whole family. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice place to stay for our group of 8. It was a great home base for us to gather and catch up as it had been 5 years since the last time we met up. We were able to walk to most places and it was really nice to come back to a quiet space away from Broadway.

This condo had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. It was, however near the train tracks which was sometimes noisy. The agent was very quick to respond to any questions we had and sent all the info we needed for our comfort.

Close to Broadway. Lovely condo, clean.

A group of professional friends, but the stay for one night when we arrived the gate access was not working. We were pointed to the owners assistant to work out the problem. She did not know what the problem was. We noticed that others were unable to access the garage. She finally gave us access to a app to use however, it did not give us access to the elevator, because of the issues with the code to get in and the elevators not working, we spent over two hours texting every 20 minutes she explained that the owner of the condo would be coming over to assist. He never came over. And she never got back to me. We had to use the stairs to pack all of our groceries and luggage up and down when we arrived and when we left.
The only Riverview that you see is in a corner of the kitchen. The corner of you that is in the picture is not what you see from the condo only if you drive, five minutes down the road.
Parking is not two minutes away.
It is a full five minutes in and sketchy area.
Construction is going on and starts before 7 AM
There are only shears on the windows, so it is very bright in every room.
Trains are literally right beside the window and are extremely loud!
I requested that the owner give me a call to discuss, but she ignored.
I would not recommend this VRBO.
