With a three-car garage, you will have enough room to park up to six cars in the driveway or garage.

Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.
Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Discover a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, colorful yachts anchored in the marina and a beachfront bar and restaurant at Dunes House, all easily accessed by the free Dunes Buggy shuttle service in the summer season.
Vehicle Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Passes are charged per car per week. Limit: 6 cars.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly and allows up to TWO (2) dogs MAX; 75 lbs. per dog. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per dog to be paid directly to Sunset Rentals.

Pool: The pool can be heated from Labor Day-Memorial Day for an additional fee.
