Stunning views of Puget Sound, Camano and Whidbey Islands, and gorgeous nightly sunsets await at this waterfront home on the shores of Tulalip. With 80 feet of water frontage, this is a place to take out your kayak, relax on your private stretch of rocky beach, and watch for passing otters, orcas, and bald eagles.
This two-story, beachfront home sits in spectacular surroundings on Skiou Point, about two miles from the center of small-town Tulalip. You can meet up with I-5 only seven miles inland for easy exploring up and down the coast.
Whether you spend your days getting out on the water or taking scenic drives, you'll begin and end each one outdoors. Bring your morning coffee down to the pebble beach, and use the gas grill to barbecue lunch on the back deck that runs the length of the house. In the evenings, gather on the boathouse rooftop terrace to take in panoramic views of Puget Sound and sunsets that paint the night sky.
The home's interior is every bit as inviting, full of warm wood paneling and generous picture windows. Whether you're cooking in the open kitchen, sitting down to eat at the dining room table, or watching movies (on DVD, Blu-ray, or streaming) by the woodstove, you'll be accompanied by an incredible view of the water. Of the bedrooms (three downstairs, one upstairs), two look out across Puget Sound, as does the dedicated home workspace upstairs. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Great location & very Comfortable beds but house in overall need of repairs.

Will not disappoint if your looking for a sight full relaxing outside get away. Beds were the best I've ever been in . Honestly !! There are lots of cool rocks for the beachcomber even a cool point to walk on even at high tide. Make sure your furry family members bring their shoe's for low tide adventures there are barnacles on the rocks. Driveway is kinda hidden not easy to find in the dark. If your a little boojie might want to leave that in the car.

Overall the stay was just fine. We requested an early check in/out and were denied of both requests. There were crumbs on the floor when we arrived, but that didn’t affect us really. We bought steaks to grill and the propane ran out after 5 minutes of use. Seasonings were sparse, about five turns of a pepper grinder before it ran out and no sauces provided (most other properties would provide some kind of complementary/convenience with things like this). The property itself is cute, but needs some work. The bathroom door would only close if you pulled up on the handle, and most doors were overall just difficult to close. The screen door in the front was also impossible to close. There was a damp/mildewey sheet in the master bedrooms closet, so that was pretty gross. Beach view was as pictured, great access to the beach and the neighbors seemed nice.
You kind of get what you pay for, the value seems solid. You’d be better off spending a little more to get a more comfortable stay.

House was easy to maintain and also well equipped. We had a wonderful time making memories. Kids were excited looking for treasures everywhere. We were lucky to spotted eagles, seals and blue herons. Thanks for the opportunity to share your home with us!

Loved watching eagles and cranes. Enjoyed the low tide playing and the grass space was nice.

We loved the location and the house. We saw whales, seals, eagles, herons and so much more just from the deck! The view was stunning and I appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the minimal furniture. Layout was ideal for our family.

Beautiful. Quiet. Big yard. Right on the beach. COMFY BED!
Good kitchen supplies. Great towels, 4 beach towels available. Sunk in tub!
Comfortable couch area though we were outside.
Would love to return for a longer stay.
Pet friendly home so you may find residual hairs occasionally. I'm very allergic and I was fine.

We had a great time at this property. Good location and lots of room for our group. More lamps are needed upstairs and downstairs. We had to make a quick trip back to our house and grab some lamps!!!
Would love to use it again.

There were a few things that I would tend to if this were my home but overall it was an amazing stay. Resident bald eagles were so exciting to watch, one day they were super active & really gave us a show. Harbor seals were swimming along the beach every morning & evening. More ducks than seagulls. Crabs & clams all over the beach. The driftwood was beautiful & the beach is closer than it appears in the pictures. Couches & beds were extra cozy. The complaints I had were minute compared to the experience & peace we had while staying in this home for 10 nights. My husband really didn't want to spend the money on this house but he told me over & over how much he really enjoyed it & told me multiple times that this house was perfect for our stay. Only 15-20 minutes to everett & marysville (walmart, cabela's, restraunts) & very convenient to I-5. We went to the San juan Islands for a day trip & another day we went to Snoqualmie. Very central for exploring all the beautiful views of the PNW. Seattle was an easy trip several times while there as well. We are so greatful to have had such a wonderful home & beautiful views of creation! Oh! & the coffee table books.... PERFECT for learning about all the things to do! We pray we get to come back some day.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was great with so much room for everyone. Upstairs was perfect for the teens and young adults to take over when they weren't on the beach collecting rocks and shells and knee-deep in the water. We were able to watch seals and eagles from the deck. It was great in March; I can only imagine what it would be like in the summer. Comfortable living room and a long dining table for extended family visiting or watching a movie. We lucked out with sunny days and amazing sunsets over the water. I loved waking up to the beautiful views. Lovely linen bedding and plenty of towels. Perfect location, easy drive into Seattle and points further north. We were able to view the daffodil fields in Mt Vernon and then go to the Nordic Museum in Ballard the next day. Don't miss the Hibulb Cultural Center in Tulalip, a fantastic museum about the history of the Tulalip Tribes. Any questions were met with a quick and helpful response. I would absolutely return anytime I was back in the area.

Plan on bringing your own kitchen ware if cooking for a family - colander, working vegetable peeler, large cooking pot, broiling pan. Would be nicer if outdoor furniture were upgraded. Location is beautiful and house was clean

Location was awesome however water was unswimmable. The house cleaner was there when we arrived 30 minutes before check in and asked us to come back an hour and a half later! Very limited stocking of blankets and sheets, very limited window coverings, there were ants all over the kitchen, and there was old food between the oven and cabinets. I think this house could be an awesome listing with some better property management.

The location was right off the beach with west facing views that had some of the best sunsets
