Отель новый, роскошный, с шикарным видом из окон, с потрясающими завтраками, системой «умного дома». Мог бы быть лучшим в Дубай, если бы не нюансы. О нюансах ниже…
На консольном бассейне в ресторане Тапасаки периодически проводятся вечеринки от вечера до поздней ночи. Звукоизоляции ноль… в номерах, находящихся над этим бассейном, от уровня децибел даже вибрировали окна. Вечеринки по времени проведения ограничены весьма условно. Поэтому если вы любите спать после 12 ночи и особенно - едете отдыхать с детьми — этот отель не для вас. Персонал, работающий в ночную смену, к сожалению, ничем вам не поможет. Комфорт веселящихся на вечеринке, как оказалось, для них превыше комфорта гостей отеля.

Отель очень-очень красивый и ультра-современный! В номерах идеальная чистота, разнообразный мини-бар, классные пушистые тапочки, есть кепки и пляжные шлепанцы.
Завтраки — одни из лучших в Дубай. Вкусные и разнообразные, есть возможность заказа блюд по меню. Классные рестораны. Два красивейших бассейна. Особенно порадовал ресторан индонезийской кухни на 4 этаже. Это просто филиал Бали в центре Дубай, расположенный в искусственно созданном зеленом оазисе. Директор ресторана — балиец, влюбленный в свое дело. Лично общается с гостями, помогает с выбором, рассказывает о концепции, вкладывает всю душу. Однозначно рекомендую к посещению этот ресторан, даже если вы не гость отеля.
На первый взгляд персонал настолько услужливый и гостеприимный, что кажется, что ты попал в отель мечты. Однако, столкнувшись с малейшими проблемами вы поймете, что это не так. В отеле приветствуются шумные вечеринки до упаду.. точнее до 1.00 am. На жалобы гостей отеля на то, что в номерах на 42 этаже грохочет музыка - менеджерам отеля совершенно плевать. Дозвониться в консьерж невозможно. Для того, чтобы озвучить все свои жалобы - вам прийдется идти пешочком на ресепшен. Но даже одевшись и спустившись среди ночи на 25 этаж вы услышите, что сделать сотрудники с организаторами вечеринок ничего не могут и вам помочь - тоже. Конечно сотрудники отеля сообщили, что обязательно попросят организаторов вечеринки сделать музыку потише, однако это совершенно на помогло. Ближе к 12.30 ночи к нам вышел «старший по смене» и «любезно» предложил просто пройтись пешком в какой-то не наш номер, там немного поспать, а потом - вернуться в наш номер. Услышав в ответ, что данный вариант нас категорически не устраивает, мы просим переселить нас в другой, тихий номер или вернуть деньги, нам сообщили, что переселить нас не могут, мы можем выселится, однако деньги нам за номер никто не вернет, ибо мы бронировали отель через Букинг. На вопрос: как связан агрегатор с возвратом денег, ведь мы платили НАЛИЧНЫМИ в кассу отеля, а не картой в Букинг.ком, внятного ответа мы не получили. Таким образом нам предложили потерпеть или среди ночи «выкатываться» без возврата средств. Для отеля премиум сегмента - очень сомнительная история… Реакция и извинения от отеля последовали только после написания мною отзывов в поисковых сетях и социальных сетях отеля… Да, перед нами извинились, да переселили в другой номер, категорией выше, лучше. Но осадочек, как говорится, остался, как и испорченный день отдыха после бессонной ночи.
Аромат в коридорах отеля очень резкий, агрессивно-табачный… Дело вкуса, но лично мне был крайне неприятен и вызывал головную боль.

- I wrote that I was celebrating a special occasion & one day before my arrival I received a phone call from the hotel asking about the convenient time for the cake to be delivered to our room and if I would like to have any special message with it !
- They did a free upgrade from (Grand Zaabeel Room King) to a huge Suite with fantastic view from the 43rd floor
- The breakfast restaurant was big with nice food collection and scenery overlooking Dubai
Not a huge negative point but there is no direct elevator the rooms, need to go to 25th floor first (lobby floor) then take another elevator to the room or to ground floor.

بعض العاملين للاسف لايبدون اي اهتمام بالعميل العربي وتركيزهم دائماً على الاوربيين للاسف ..
للاسف الافطار لايتناسب مع الفندق ابداً اقل من عادي ولا اكرر التجربة ..
لايوجد لوبي عند دخولك الفندق ولا بد من الصعود للطابق رقم 25 حيث هناك لوبي الفندق..
للاسف تتشارك انت ومع فندق اخر في نفس المصاعد ونفس الخدمات والبوفية حيث يوجد فندقين مختلفين في نفس البرج المقصود

...the music was so loud at Tapasake by the infinity pool after brunch it totally ruined the atmosphere!! Navigating the hotel with the lift system is far too complicated..who designed the hotel layout??
Hotel feel is a bit corporate, not staycation vibe.

we where ripped off by a taxi driver - he missed his exit to the hotel twice and charged us double the regular amount. We asked one of the valet staff to help us, but they didn't assist in any way and we where disappointed by that experience.

The last minute gesture by the hotel manager which was too little too late.
The condescending attitude of the assistant manager Ms J. We went to celebrate Eid as a family and the hotel did not help us do so in any way. After the way the Assistant manager spoke to us we decided to leave the property. The hotel was more than happy to let us leave instead of trying to address our simple request and the attitude of their staff.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch mit Prosecco. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Begrüßung durch Leon und die Annehmlichkeiten beim Warten auf das Zimmer. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Hotel ist ein High End Hotel das seinesgleichen sucht. Die Ausstattung, Architektur, die Moderne und der Service sind für ein neues Hotel sensationell. Wir hoffen dieser Standard wird gehalten.
Das Check in war etwas lang und stressig, aber dank Leon Brückner, ein Deutscher der sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert hat, war der ganze Stress vergessen. Danke für das schöne Zimmer. Es hat alle Erwartungen weit übertroffen.

We had a wonderful stay, thanks in part to Dumi & Abdelhaq. If you book the higher category of rooms, you receive personalized service and can contact them via WhatsApp for any stay-related inquiries. The rooms are superb, with state-of-the-art facilities. They feature spacious bathtubs, Montroi amenities, and very comfortable beds. For our kid, there was a mini bathrobe, flip flops, bathroom amenities, and his favorite, a "make your own cookie" set as a welcome amenity. We opted for breakfast at the 53rd-floor club, which offered great quality with a smaller yet sufficient buffet selection, as well as an à la carte offer. We were also pleasantly surprised with the complimentary Bubbly & Bloody Mary. For dining, we tried Arrazzuna (Turkish restaurant) and Andaliman (Indonesian), both of which offered fantastic service, food quality, and ambiance. A key highlight for us as a family was the Kids' club! Our child was so engaged that we hardly saw him all day; he didn't want to leave thanks to the great program offered by the animators. In the meantime, we enjoyed relaxing time at the Garden pool, which, in my opinion, is way better than the one on the 25th floor. It is appointed in a beautiful lush tropical garden, and comfortable sunbeds, with complimentary quality sunscreens available. Lastly, we tried the La Prairie SPA, a beautifully appointed, ultra-modern medical wellness facility. The massage beds were extremely comfortable and heated, the rooms spacious (we had a couple's treatment room), and the therapists were knowledgeable and kind. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the very family-friendly facilities and are looking forward to coming back for longer stay!
I have a few constructive feedback points about the fairly new hotel, but no complaints. The elevators are confusing and take time. Having an old-school liftman would make sense in this property. We wanted to stay at the 25th floor pool, but it was fully booked. However, the Garden deck pool was way more lush and relaxing, so we didn't regret it, although some guests may be disappointed. The Chromecast in the room was not connecting. In the swim-in pool bar, there are no printed menus, so if you don't have your phone to scan the QR code, the bartender needs to show you the menu on his phone. I think the Family Garden pool could have slightly louder music to enhance the ambiance and also prevent traffic noise. When leaving around 7 PM, I wanted to get take-away from Aliana (pastry cafe on the 25th floor). There were two female employees visibly in a bad mood, having some altercations. It took 20 minutes to get one tea and 2 pastries. I think they were either on their first shift, or they were not exactly excited to work in the hospitality sector. But that does happen from time to time everywhere. Other than that, everything was great.

New facilities with nice view ONLY!
Waste on Money ! Avoid staying here and spend this money anywhere with REAL 5 star hotel . We will need to use 2-3 elevators to reach your destination in the hotel . The TV system doesn’t have any direct internet connection . The bowler was leaking and in-room dining was so slow so we need to keep the food in our room for almost one hour waiting the food to be cleared. The worst thing was when I found out that the pool closed due to special event. They only left a notice in the room ( they really need to work on the communication with the guests by notifying by email while booking) . So one of the main things I was looking to use was the pool with the amazing view and that’s why I eliminated other hotels ! Moreover, next day I went to the pool and it was fully booked since 11:00 AM 😂. No one advice that reservation is required ( note : I was planning to use the pool for 30 min before the check and the host wasn’t able to offer one for that period) . Very disappointed .

Sun bed allocation at the swimming pool is very poorly managed. Beds with towels on them yet no one on them. This absolutely needs to be addressed. Beds should be on a first come basis. Depending on which staff member you speak with determines if you get a bed at all !!

The restaurants, Rooms and hospitality were faultless. We were treated like royalty. Everyday they would leave a small gift in our room.
The lifts to the suites were not straightforward. We got used to them after a while.
