We provide all rooms with high-quality linens, fluffy pillows, and plush bath towels. Bedroom configurations are as follows:
- Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, 50” Smart TV, and en suite
- Bedroom 2: King bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed
- Bedroom 4: Two twin beds
- Bedroom 5: Two bunk beds (twin/twin)

There are three bathrooms in total:
- Primary bathroom, ensuite with a shower and tub combo and dual vanities

Our kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster, blender, tea kettle, Keurig dual coffee machine), cookware, bakeware, serve ware, tools, and accessories.

OUTDOOR AREA
Step into our backyard oasis, where you'll be greeted by a private heated pool with a cozy cabana and comfortable lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. The fully stocked grilling station has all the utensils you need for a delicious barbecue, and the dining table for four is the perfect spot to enjoy your meal al fresco. And if you're feeling competitive, challenge your friends and family to a game of corn hole or practice your swing on our customized putting green.

RECREATION AREA
One of the best things about Kasa Rio Fort Lauderdale is the billiards table in the living room. It's a great way to spend time with friends and family and have fun with countless hours of entertainment and laughter playing pool.

Driving a car or using rideshare services are the best options for navigating Bal Harbour and Fort Lauderdale. Our Kasa has a garage that can accommodate one vehicle, with an open driveway for additional guests. The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is 7 miles away.

PLEASE NOTE: street parking is not available at this property. There is a dedicated parking spot in the garage, additional vehicles need to be parked in the driveway or offsite, not on the street.

- Kasa welcomes your furry friends! Only 2 dogs are allowed in your Kasa, and a pet fee shall apply depending on your length of stay as follows:

29+ nights: $17.5/night
Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow. Pets cannot be left unattended at the property.
- Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
- The maximum length of stay at our Kasa is 90 nights.
- If you wish to have the pool heated, a pool heating fee of $35 per night for the full duration of the stay shall be applied. This is a seasonal offering; pool heating will be available from October - March.
- Registered booker must be 25+
