Welcome to our recently remodeled, spacious 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Rooftop House with Sun Terrace. Located in the very heart and very best of Opatija. On the Adriatic sea, across the Slatina beach and on the world famous Lungo Mare that stretches over a 15km walk path by the sea with shops & restaurants and art galleries. Here is some useful information about the apartment:
THE SPACE: Modern, comfortable open floor plan with high ceilings living room area. New re-built. We used all eco friendly toxin free building materials, Custom skylights throughout the home to add lots of light. Beautiful stone walls add a touch of rustic to the modern space. Mid Century modern furniture is juxtaposed against Adriatic classic stone architecture.
Top of the line kitchen and bathroom amenities with sleek high end finishings.
THREE BEDROOM & 3 FULL BATHROOMS: bedroom has queen size bed. It has its own private full bathroom & extra full bathroom with bath tub for the guests. Ask for blow up QUEEN size tall bed if needed.
There is also one double bed for two people in the living room, which means that the apartment can host 6 people. Possible to add BLOW UP queen size guest bed & close off for full privacy.
ROOFTOP TERRACE: Loft house has its own private rooftop garden
