The house is absolutely beautiful and well situated for multiple families. It is located in a perfect spot, walking or short drive to many local restaurants and historical places. I highly recommend booking this beautiful home.

Our stay was incredible. The location can’t be beat and the house was stunning. 10/10 stay and 10/10 experience with the host. Will be back in the future!

We had a wonderful visit to Charleston. The house was very comfortable for all of us. What an interesting city!

The accommodations were as depicted and described. Check in was easy and it was nice being able to park two cars there. The kitchen was well stocked and the living spaces were nicely decorated and appointed.
Easy walk to the Dash bus to the visitors center and downtown. Would stay there again.

Our family plus parents came to Charleston to drop our daughter with her friend on IOP. We were able to visit with two sets of friends throughout the week and show our parents around Charleston. Lots of shopping and eating! My mother spent a lot of time on the upstairs balcony with her book. Plenty of gathering space and spaces to rest. Beautifully done. We managed parking just fine with our neighbors. It was nice to have the buffer from the traffic on Cannon. Thanks for your hospitality!

Plenty of room for our group of seven from baby through adults. Nice neighborhood for walking to local grocery and small eateries. Private parking is a real benefit. Short drive to landmark Charleston activities, markets, and restaurants. A winner!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very comfortable for our family of 8. Very conveniently located to Old Charleston. We enjoyed being able to come and go throughout the day.

Lovely home.

The property was incredible for my sisters bachelorette. It is close to all the hustle and bustle of king street and felt so safe. The only thing was there was an ant problem in one of the rooms and kitchen. Other than that we loved our stay!

This place was perfect for a getaway to downtown Charleston. Convenient to everything. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and all your needs. Great setup for a group or couples. Great balcony for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails! Enjoyed it all.

Great house & location. Super clean! I would not stay here again because of the dismal parking situation. It is unbelievably stressful as several houses share the parking. For one car to leave, another had to back out for there to be room. Very stressful and annoying for I paid.

Fabulous property - everything we needed - beautiful interior design - we enjoyed dinners on the porch. Excellent location!

Amazing stay, highly recommend.

Some of us are unable to climb many stairs, so bedrooms on lower level ensuite were necessary. We enjoyed the outside patios and the wonderful breeze. Beds were comfortable.
4.0
Not historic center-located but a decent neighborhood with a few dining options nearby. (Who knew there was daily construction/pile-driving nearby?). Balconies were great. Beds & bedding were plush and lovely. Kitchen appointments (pots/pans/etc) were kind of sparse. Casual furniture was a bit beach-Spartan; more kitschy than comfortable. Your knees should note the layout: 1st fl bedrooms, 2nd fl kitchen/living, 3rd fl bedrooms. Generally, the place was very clean. Booking/entering/leaving logistics was a breeze.

Everything about this home is as advertised. The location is in a quiet area of town off of the street. The property is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

Good location. Sufficient sleeping accommodations. Lacking a little with seating space for a large group. Overall a great experience.

This Charleston home is diamond in the rough! Some of the surrounding properties are a bit rough, but this home is beautiful! The home is brilliantly located and close to the best restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Don’t miss Porchetta, Bad Bunnies, or 132 Spring. The home is brand new with an Old Charleston vibe. 2 drawbacks…some furniture that is a bit cheap and uncomfortable and some noise in the shared parking area. Otherwise, the home is awesome!

WiFi was rough if you want to plug in a gaming device. But the house was incredible and as close to MUSC as we could get which we needed for my mom’s surgery. 100% would stay here again as the house was gorgeous!!

Had my whole family in town for a weekend wedding... this place was great! We will plan a trip to come back... nice location and great home to spend time in. Thanks to our great hosts!!

Clean, comfortable stay! Awesome location, easy parking and trash, great communication from host, and very accommodating. House had everything we needed and was the perfect option for a friends weekend. Only downside was the hot water ran out quickly, and only worked if one shower was on at a time. Overall, our group had an amazing stay.

This house is clean and nice. The bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with a coffeepot, range, refrigerator, and washer and dryer. The location is very good, only a few blocks from King Street and a nice Publix grocery store.
