GIADA TOWERS:

The apartment is located in Giada Towers, a brand new residence complex with luxury amenities including a 24h reception, security, a gym, a rooftop pool, and even a cinema. At the corner of the building you will find a supermarket too.

Giada Towers is located inside Aldea Zama on the road called Aldea Zama. When you enter the area, just pass the 2nd roundabout and you will see Giada Towers at the corner on your right.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

DRIVING - The easiest getting around Tulum would be to have a car although it might no be the most eco-friendly and economical. Tulum has a lot to offer and if you want to move around easily, a car will allow you to discover the most amount of places in the least amount of time. Also Aldea Zama is in between the town center and the beach area so a car will get you where you need in the most convenient manner.

BIKING - A more eco-friendly option is to bike (bicycle) around Tulum and there are many places where you can rent bikes in the town center. Going from the residence to some of the famous beach clubs by bike will take about 10 minutes. However the roads get tighter as you arrive by the beach area and so we recommend to be careful.

TAXI - Within a couple of meters from the residence on Aldea Zama you should find taxis easily. We can also provide a taxi number for you during your stay. Negotiating taxis in the street can be difficult and you tend to pay above market so be aware of this before jumping on a taxi. Always negotiate the price first to avoid surprises unless you are a local.

PARKING - Street parking in front of the residence is free and safe and there are many different spots available for you during your stay. In the rest of the town, free street parking is also available. If you go to the beach, parking needs to be paid and it can cost up to 400 MXN for just a day. Just be aware of the extra cost of parking in the Zona Hotelera.

WALKING - From the residence, you can reach the town center by walking down the main road and to your left. This should get you to the town center in 10 or 15 minutes minutes. We do not recommend to any of our guests to walk alone at night around Tulum. Walking around the town center is also a nice way to experience Tulum.

CRIB AVAILABLE: Traveling with a baby? We can provide a crib for your little one. Please request the crib at least 24 hours in advance, as it is subject to availability. For same-day bookings, we cannot guarantee crib availability.
