The harvest garden and chickens will give you fresh produce to create memorable meals in the commercial kitchen and enjoy in The Dining Room – a communal private dining room which seats 20 people and features a bar, stunning open fireplace, and garden views. It has access to various outdoor entertaining spaces, giving you options to dine and drink with loved ones.
Indulge and arrange an exclusive dining experience with two of The Sanctuary’s private chefs, who have worked at some of the world’s most established culinary institutions including The Fat Duck and Noma. This is a wonderful way to taste the local produce for which this region is renowned, masterfully created into a truly special dining occasion.
There are three buildings on the property, the first is The Stables, housing the business spaces including The Boardroom, the multi-purpose Manna Hall, and The Loft workspace and lounge. Five KING accommodation suites are also housed here, each with a beautiful country aesthetic, ensuite, and garden views.
