Exterior is not kept up. The lock in my room door took about a minute to engage so I could even shut the door. It was clear the room wasn’t turned over with 1 step inside. Floor needed swept, 2 of my 4 pillows were visibly dirty, the coffee pot had the last guests coffee in it. Overall it wasn’t even worth the $50 to me.unclean. I didn’t feel safe. Just gross. The owner should be embarrassed.

Shawn at the front desk was AMAZING! Very kind and helpful. Did not know there was a $50 refundable deposit. Would have been nice to be aware prior to booking. Not the nicest area or cleanest room, but accommodate our needs at the time. Quiet for the most part, aside from the normal sounds of cars passing on the highway.

I was exposed to mold in the room I took sick because I have allergy to mold.Monday I had to get a steroid shot.I try call the hotel several times and I was told the manger would be there at 12:00 he wasn’t there so I left my phone number no call from anyone.

They were renovating, so all the windows were taped and we couldn’t park close to the room. There were 3 ADULTS in our room, and we had to practically BEG for a third towel. No breakfast or snack/drink machines. The office staff were very nice though.

Room was decent. Housekeeping came in after first night made 1 bed and left. Odd. Reserved here due to listing saying it had a gym. Staff was confused when I asked where it was then said “it is closed” I don’t think they had one.

The parking lot was covered with trash. The deadbolt on the front door did not work, and one bathroom door knob was missing.

This is my third or forth time staying and all of a sudden there is a security deposit. Guy in the front counter stated that they have been charging deposit fee for over a month and that is a lie. Like I stated, this is my fourth or third time staying and never have I been charge a security deposit. On the other note, they never clean your room other than replace towels.

While my stay was alright and my room was more or less fine inside, this property still has some issues. Hotels.com and Sonesta (parent company) websites listed the amenities to include "Business Center," "Fitness Room," and "Meeting Space." They had none of these. The "Pool" was/is unavailable as it is unkempt and has a forest green algae bloom that most assuredly dates back to at least the previous Winter, if not longer. Room entry door was very poorly hung making poor connections to the door jam; heavily leaking light and outside hot air The area is very impoverished, and many families (with children) reside full time at this complex. This complex tend to be noisy most of the daytime. I felt uncomfortable, and unsafe, during the stay

The first night I was woken up by fleas in the bed with me and I tried to check out and get a refund , I was laughed at and taunted by the night shift employee so I took his name and planned on talking to the manager after I got off work . I worked late and tired I came back to the room and tried to make the best of it but was pushed out the bed again by the fleas in the room so I went to work early at 4 a.m so that I could try and get out early enough to talk to the manager and when I did get back to the room to get my stuff out and talk to the manager I was unable to get the door to open , the laundry ladies tried to get the door open and so did two other gentleman and were unsuccessful, so my stuff was locked in the room along with my daily medications I take for two days , the manager met with me the day my stuff was locked in the room and said since all this was happening and I did in fact try and file grievances since the first night I stayed there , he wanted to accommodate me a room since I still had the room I was in booked for two days and I denied his offer and told him that I just wanted a refund because the hotel was nothing like the promise that was made in the web page , and I was told that I would still get my refund and that the room was on the house for all my grief I endured from day 1 there , two days later I still didn't get my stuff back was as patient as possible but my meds are very important so I went to the office and was told there was nothing till

Took grandkids for a weekend vacation, was told the pool would be open, which it never did, people smoking weed, which could be smelled in my room, moved rooms and couldn't sleep because the air conditioner sounded like a jet starting and taking off all night. Needless to say we did not stay but the one night. The manager was understanding and apologized.

Everything is very dirty from the common areas to the rooms, all of the towels are stained, everything looks outdated and there are roaches everywhere, the pool is unusable do to how dirty it looks, all the pool chairs and unbrellas are broken and dirty. If you only want to sleep and only sleep you can pay the money. If you are planning a longer and some how confortable stay then skip this one specially if you have kids!!

Pesticides and dead cockroaches on the floor upon check-in. There were also stains on and holes in the sheets. One of our pillows were sticky and the whole room had musty smell.

I came from out of state and stayed for two nights to attend my mother's funeral. The day of the funeral I arrived back to my room to find my door wide open with no one around. Apparently there was annual ac cleaning that they didn't think to make people aware of. All of my personal items were out as I wasn't expecting a group of strangers to be inside my room. The front desk wasn't very helpful regarding the situation , just stating that they would speak to the owner about it. I'm still highly upset about it all. I didn't receive any call,message or notification that they were going to have people out there. I still haven't had any contact from the front desk, the owner, or anyone regarding it.

They got Big roaches small roaches a lot of gnats inside the room also. The Indian guy that walks the property is very rude and they price hike on certain guest. Staff attendant Shawn is cool though
