Completely renovated in 2023 to an exceptionally high standard, this spacious house overlooks the boating lake at Peasholm Park in Scarborough. A perfect choice for families or friends visiting this beautiful coastal destination.. 2 steps to entrance.

Stepping inside on the ground floor you have an open plan living area, with a bespoke handmade kitchen, which is exceptionally well equipped for you or a loved one to cook up a storm, and a large dining table seating eight for you to all sit and enjoy meals together. The living area has comfortable seating on a three-piece suite around the wood burner, ideal for cosy atmospheric nights. A ground floor super kingsize bedroom looks out onto the garden, and has its own en-suite walk-in shower. You also have a handy boot room/conservatory at the rear of the house.
Upstairs are three beautifully presented bedrooms - a kingsize bedroom with its en-suite shower, a double bedroom and a kingsize bedroom boasting fabulous, elevated views over the park and lake through the trees from the huge bay window. The family bathroom has both a bath and a shower cubicle. The final room is a delight to behold – here you have a room like no other – a craft/games room, designed purely for your enjoyment. With the best views in the house, it offers a selection of games as well as crafting materials where you can have some fun. Perfect for children or adults alike, you can create your souvenir and have a little me time or enjoy family time away from the stresses of everyday life.
Neighbouring Peasholm Park has stunning gardens, lakes, and waterfalls. A haven for wildlife including birds and squirrels. There are boats and pedalos, and a brass band to entertain you in summer. The park is famous for the Naval Warfare Battle where model ships re-enact a battle on the lake. Nearby is Alpamare water park, with slides and wave pools for children, plus a spa for a day of indulgence for the adults, there is also the open-air theatre with its fabulous line-up of chart-topping bands and iconic artists. Close by you’ll find a miniature steam train and the historic water splash boat, delighting visitors since the 1930s!
The town is within walking distance and has lots of boutiques, and for those who prefer the nightlife, there are plenty of bars, restaurants, clubs, and a casino. Scarborough benefits from two bays; the South Bay is a traditional seaside resort with donkeys, amusements, and shops, whereas the North Bay is quieter and more relaxed. At the far end of North Bay is the Sea Life Centre where you can walk through an underwater tunnel and see the rescue seals. Halfway between the two bays, the castle stands proudly on the cliffs above. Further down the coast are Filey, Flamborough and Bridlington and up north are historic Whitby. Beach ½ mile. Pub 350 yards.
