Grayton Beach is a laid-back, organic beach town with old-style wooden beach bungalows and narrow neighborhood streets lined with live oaks. You'll also get a “hippie kitsch” feel having the iconic Red Bar a stroll away. Take the neighborhood boardwalk to the beach or hop on the bikes and head 2.4 miles to explore Seaside. This cool little beach town is also home to the diverse coastal ecosystems of Western Lake and Grayton Beach State Park, and is a gateway to a large expanse of sugar-white beach that is a haven for fishermen, boaters, and beachcombers alike.
AREA ATTRACTIONS:
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald-, green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. Grayton Beach not only provides you with stunning views, but it also provides you with activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here!
Enjoy this Funky, Free-spirited town where you will find quaint historic cottages next to modern beach homes. You’ll enjoy the many shopping and dining options such as ‘Another Broken Egg’. This is much more than a cool beach town, this location is the best of both worlds, enjoy a quiet relaxing getaway while still having a lot of action-packed activities at your fingertips.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

I grew up staying at Grayton Beach and it has changed quite a bit. My family always stayed next door to this place in the Magnolia Treehouse. They tore it down a couple of years ago, so we were so excited when we saw this one was available. The quarters are definitely tight! The dock was amazing. Would love to stay here again.

Great location - so close to the beach. A wonderful dock to enjoy. This cottage is really cool. It’s an old beach house vibe with a few modern updates where needed.
