Step inside to discover an open-concept living area with an abundance of natural light to flood the space. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island, providing the perfect setting for preparing delicious meals. Keep your favorite vintages at the ideal temperature with the wine fridge located at the living room wet bar.
All 5 spacious bedrooms have a private full bathroom. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed and decorated to create a soothing ambiance, ensuring a restful night's sleep. High quality window blinds allow you to effortlessly adjust the natural lighting in every bedroom. The master suite, with its inviting king-sized bed and excellent ocean views, promises an extra touch of luxury. Fall asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean then wake up to an awe-inspiring sunrise. The remaining 4 bedrooms are set up with a comfortable queen bed. The sleeper lounges on the top floor will accommodate 2 additional guests.
The rooftop deck offers unparalleled 360-degree views of the ocean and surrounding area. Take in the picturesque views of the coastline and the iconic Morris Island lighthouse as the sunset paints the sky with vibrant Lowcountry hues.
The highlight of this vacation rental is undoubtedly the private pool area. Relax and unwind in the pool as you soak up the warm sunshine, or simply enjoy a refreshing swim after a day spent on the beach. The poolside lounge chairs and outdoor dining area offer the perfect setting for enjoying meals al fresco or simply lounging around with a good book.
Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 3.4 miles away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local favorite- The Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve. The preserve is located 0.6 miles from this property and home to diverse species of plants and birds.
Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more. Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.
Parking for up to 7 vehicles is free in the driveway and under the house. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, YouTube TV, gas grill, private pool, TVs, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, $250 VayK Life beach gear rental credit, washer/dryer, high quality linens and bath towel sets for the maximum occupancy of the home, security cameras over front steps and back pool steps only, as well as modern appliances. A starter supply of toiletries will be provided and up to the guest to replenish as needed. Occupancy cannot exceed 12 guests; regardless of visiting or staying overnight.
