This property had a modern, sleek style but fit in well with the forested surroundings. The room was comfortable and the staff communicated well with check-in and were professional and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at. Nature Link. The cabins are extremely modern chic hotel room style vs your typical cabin vibe. We liked all that was provided - toiletries in the room and beach towels in the lobby. Bikes , kayak stand-up paddle-board & canoe in the beach area.
Not all cabins have a kitchenette so you will have to make sure to ask which ones do and price will vary. But they do have two gas grills for use on property. The property is nice and peaceful for nature walks and such. There is a sauna in the beach area, which we did not use. Seems like an interesting idea maybe more for winter in my opinion. There are two communal fire pit areas on the beach with all the supplies which is great! plus free s’more packets in the lobby. There are a couple of docks on the property for boats or fishing. Overall it was a nice stay we were only there for one night. Seems like they are new and still building on it. The price point is on the high end at least for one or two nights especially for a cabin with no kitchenette. I would not comeback for long stay due to price unless they have long term rates which in fairness I did not ask. The other aspect is they do events, which could change the vibe of what you’re looking for up north, there was a wedding happening during our stay it was fine but it’s changes the whole “nature disconnect aspect” DJ music wedding guests &all. I would recommend to check it out!! It’s close to everything in the Nisswa area.

Loved the actual property. Wish we could have had a view of the lake from our room. Also, wish the lake was “swim-able”. Thanks!

Though aesthetically very appealing, there were a few things that we ran into issues with. Terrible temperature control in our room left us sweating in mid winter. Bed was comfortable. Shower nice, but we could unfortunately hear our neighbors despite doors closed. Additionally, staff in the lobby did not greet us when coming and going, which added to the cold feeling (besides the climate control) of our stay.

We enjoyed our winter getaway stay at the Nature Link Resort. It was freezing so we couldn't spend too much time outside but they have snow shoes so you can walk around in the snow. We brought our dog and were able to walk across the lake to their small private island. It's a modern and no frills accommodation but still gives off a luxury feel. The walls are a bit thin in the Cypress Suites but nothing crazy. We'll be back and plan to stay in a cabin accommodation next time.

This is a really great property set in the woods, along a scenic lake. In the wintertime it is a very nice getaway.

We loved the modern and spacious room. The small thoughtful touches were perfect (bath salts, chocolates, deck of cards in the room, games free to use, hammocks and cozy chairs on the balcony). The area was quiet and peaceful.

We had a quick stay. This property is amazing and we will definitely be back. Little touches from the s’mores kits to the open access to canoes, the property was way more than we expected. We even got the kids to play board games and disconnect!

An erratic staff member made us feel very uncomfortable at the property and harassing us. I was unpacking our things in the parking lot and he glared and then came over worrying about us swimming at night, which there was no indication we were even doing that. Then he just glared at me more and walked right up to me and saw that I had a six pack of beer in our car and threatened to take it away from us. We read the rules carefully and it doesn’t say anything about bringing alcohol into the property, the welcome booklet even gives listing to local liquor stores (which is how we knew where to go to get beer). He made us feel very unwelcome, and in such a beautiful serene place. We came here to relax and get away from the chaos just to have to deal with a weird man like that.
