About this house rental

Welcome to The Komi. This 4 bed, 3 bath home is an oasis in the middle of Lexington. This cozy getaway has SO much to offer; in ground pool, hot tub, stone fire pit, basketball court, and thats just the outside! Inside boasts an open floor plan living area with a HUGE dining table. Three bedrooms upstairs along with two baths. Downstairs is the perfect place for the kids with bunk bed trundles that sleeps up to 8. Oh, and did I mention the home movie theater! The Komi has it all!

Upstairs is a open Kitchen/Dining/Living area, with three bedrooms (one of which is a en suite with it's own bath) and an additional hall bath. Downstairs is the movie room and a bedroom with bunk beds/ trundles that can sleep up to 8.

Pool is open April 1st through October 31st. Hot tub is open year round.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this property. It has lots of beds, a spacious backyard with a basketball hoop and a fire pit, and a gorgeous pool. We enjoyed it!

Inside was clean with minor issues such as light out in downstairs shower and the vent fan was inoperative. Pool and hot tub were tended as we checked in although we didn’t use the hot tub. The grill was in need of a cleaning as was the back of the house and deck railing. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to Keeneland, restaurants and Kroger. The kitchen was well appointed. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again! The home was clean and well stocked with amenities. Very comfortable beds. We were fortunate to have great weather to be able to use the pool, which was fantastic! Plenty of space, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and distilleries! Excellent communication with the owner; very responsive! Overall, a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay in Lexington and loved the amenities this house offered. The backyard, pool, and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by all. And it's quick access to almost anything was an added bonus. A quiet neighborhood despite being so close to city life. Very responsive to our needs as well.

This property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood which was perfect for our stay. You can tell that the owners have done updates to the home, which seem to have been recently done. The rooms are spacious with plenty of sleeping areas for our family of five. The basement

The property location was perfect, it was close to everything that we wanted to see while we were in the area. The hosts were so responsive to any little request that we had. The house just right for our group. The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were a nice option. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Excellent VRBO! Easy to book, excellent letting us know about checking in and out. Great location for Bourbon tours and distillery. Close to yummy food! Finish the day off relaxing in the hot tub or watching movies in their theater room. Plenty of space. Thanks for your hospitality.
