About this house rental
Footsteps to Parap Village Markets and Fannie Bay Foreshore and just a short drive to the CBD, this gorgeous family home offers an idyllic lifestyle in the tropics. It is set amongst lush gardens with a sparkling in-ground swimming pool and ample opportunities for alfresco dining. It features an elevated design capturing cool natural breezes, and open plan living flowing to an undercover balcony. The spacious layout includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen and internal laundry.
In one of the most prized suburbs in Darwin, this high-end home combines a classic tropical style elevated design with supreme modern comforts. It’s set on a large block with lush garden oasis like surrounds. There are several undercover patio areas downstairs and a gated large private pool area welcomes you with sun lounges and a picnic table and bench seating, perfect for holiday poolside relaxation. Upstairs there is another two balconies suitable for alfresco nibbles and drinks among the treetops.
The open plan living and dining area offers plenty of space to spread out with a large dining table, plush sofa seating, dedicated study nook and smart TV. The kitchen caters to all your holiday cooking needs with quality appliances such as a gas hob cooktop and large electric oven, double door fridge with large freezer, inverter microwave and a dishwasher.
The property has four beautiful bedrooms, sleeping eight guests in total. Downstairs you’ll find the first bedroom, which benefits from a queen-sized bed, chest of drawers and some hanging space and direct garden access. This bedroom also has access to a small ensuite like bathroom next door, creating privacy for those travelling in a group.
Upstairs, there are another three bedrooms. The master has a king-sized bed, a smart TV, automatic blinds and a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Next door to the master is a double bedroom suite with ample wardrobe hanging space, and the room down the hall is furnished with two long singles that can be either pushed together to make a king sized bed or kept as two singles, giving plenty of options for groups.
There is also a main bathroom upstairs and internal laundry downstairs with a combined state-of-the-art washing machine/dryer. Each bedroom comes with hotel-quality linen, stylish décor and each room has its own air-conditioning, while ceiling fans are in four bedrooms to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.
There is secure parking inside the gated property for two or three cars and ample free street parking. We provide cots, high chairs and extra children's beds for an extra fee upon request three days before you arrive.
Please note that during the month of October and early November, you may notice tiny, flying termites getting under doors and through openings to reach light sources. Please ensure to keep all doors and windows closed and lights kept off whenever and wherever possible.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
If your stay is over 14 days, a mid-stay clean will be scheduled every fortnight until your check-out date. Please note that a mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged.
