Loved the property and decor. Had everything we needed and close to the park and local dog walking trails. Would 100% stay again.

We really liked this house and its close location to the Park entrance to Joshua Tree. We stayed for 3 nights in April and our small family enjoyed being able to go into the park after breakfast. After a day of hiking it was nice to get back home and have dinner on the really nice outdoor table in the front yard that had a great view.
The house was clean and kitchen well supplied, although quite small.
The futon/couch was not very comfortable to lounge on… definitely not a couch for hanging out and watching movies.
We brought our 2 dogs and they loved exploring the big front yard. The back patio is fully enclosed.
And the front yard is mostly enclosed, although there is just a rock wall behind the bbq and our younger dog kept jumping over it easily, so we kept her on a long lead when outside. Not an issue for us, but be aware if your dogs wander off.
A couple quirky things, the bathroom is a true wet room, so you do need to squeegee the floors after a shower.
And there are only glass block windows or french doors.
We really wished that the front and kitchen doors had screens on them too so we could have left them open for a view and air and to keep the dogs inside.
The bedroom has 2 doors to the front and back that had screens on them.
The bedroom is huge and had a comfy queen size bed, and a twin size with extra trundle. Works well for a small
family.
Overall, we would stay here again as it was priced well.
