Make great memories in this fully equipped pod. The Queen Murphy, bunk beds and pull out couch sleep 5 adults comfortably or even 6 if you are 4 adults with 2 small kids. The solar panel, generator (available to rent) along with two propane tanks make boon-docking a breeze. Well behaved/trained DOGS OK for an extra charge. Yes to festivals and tailgating for a surcharge that will be applied to the account. Inform us about your trip and we will work with you. Just be respectful and bring it back in one piece! If you wish to camp when temps get below freezing a “winterized” pod is available to rent. What does that mean? A warm place to stay. Just no plumbing! We are flexible with pick up/drop off times. Just ask! WHAT IS PROVIDED: - Basics: Backup camera, anti sway weight distribution hitch, electric and water surge protector, wheel chocks, levelers. - Kitchen: Utensils, dinnerware, cutlery, Keurig Mini. - Bedding: Linen, pillows, mattress protectors, Qn mattress topper, rugs, cushions/blankets (shown in pics are only available upon request FREE of charge) - Bathroom: General supplies, toiletries, towels, hamper. - Entertainment: Games/cards/puzzles/books, indoor/outdoor Bluetooth stereo, 2 camping chairs, griddle, a welcome package etc. Check pics for more details! PLEASE NOTE: It is required by law to have an Electric Trailer Brake Controller for towing anything over 3000 lbs (this wired device is typically located under the steering column). In addition, it is recommended to tow at 85% of your vehicle’s towing capacity. Our pod has a dry weight of approx. 3700 lbs (gross weight 4835 lbs) so please check your vehicle’s manual if it has what is needed to be able to tow the pod. If these are not characteristics of your vehicle, we would be happy to deliver it to a campsite for you. This will also remove the hassle of set-up or tear-down as we do it all for you.
