During your stay at ReTreet's Lodge Glamping Tent, you will have exclusive access to the The Lodge Glamping Tent. Your glamping tent also comes with a personal golf cart. Golf carts are free to move about on the paved roads on the premises only.

We have staff have on site Monday - Friday from 9am-3pm, occasionally staff will be on site Saturday & Sunday as well.

Manufactured by White Duck Outdoors, our 16x20 (320sqft) Alpha Wall Tents are constructed with DYNADUCK fabric, which is water repellent, mold & UV resistant. Equipped standard bug mesh on doors and windows for bug-free living, we even took it up a notch and installed a floating LVP Floor, added door frames, a roof, covered porch and insulated walls.
House Rules:

Capacity: The maximum capacity for your unit is 4 people. If your group exceeds this, there is a $50 fee per additional person. You will need to shuttle extra guests using the golf cart or upgrade to a larger cart.

Additional Rules: All other house rules will be sent to you in an eBook and can also be found in the guest book inside your unit.

Property Waiver: All rules are also outlined in the property waiver, which guests are required to e-sign after the booking has been made.

Golf Cart Usage & Liability Terms:

Your reservation includes a 2-seater golf cart with a maximum capacity of 2 guests. If you need to upgrade to a 4-seater, this can be done at check-in.

Keys must be left in the cart, and the cart must be parked in its assigned station when you are not on the property.

Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on the card on file on the day of arrival and will be released within 48 hours of checkout.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms:

You are accepting responsibility for your own negligence while using the golf cart.

Drivers must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

The golf cart must remain on ReTreet property and be driven safely on designated paths.

Only two people are allowed on the cart at a time, and passengers must be seated.

Misuse of the golf cart (speeding, reckless driving, etc.) will result in immediate forfeiture of cart privileges.

You are responsible for any damages to the cart and agree to pay for repairs if necessary.

Use of the golf cart can result in injury or property damage. You are liable for any legal or medical claims arising from its use.

By using the golf cart, you voluntarily release ReTreet Resort, its owners, and staff from any claims of injury, property damage, or loss of life resulting from cart use.
