About this cottage rental
April cottage is full of charm and character, positioned overlooking Kingsand Beach and the famous clocktower. The cottage consists of; three bedrooms; king, double and twin, bathroom, W/C, open plan living room diner kitchen, patio area with table and chairs and private access to Girt beach, one of Kingsand’s favourites.
Set across three levels, you enter the cottage into the living room where your eyes are instantly drawn to the stunning views of the bay. The living room has a Smart TV and wood burner, and the living room/diner/kitchen is open plan, making it the ideal place to socialise with family and the perfect getaway for a cosy out of season visit.
On the first floor you will find a king bedroom with spectacular views out to sea, and a twin room with Jack and Jill W/C.
The lower ground floor has another double bedroom and bathroom with separate toilet. The shower does have a height restriction of 5ft5, (the quirks of a Cornish cottage.) Access to the patio area is from this floor, where you can sit with your morning coffee after a sunrise swim straight from the beach below.
The cottage is a truly magical location for a family holiday or a romantic getaway.

April Cottage is situated in the centre of the beautiful Cornish seaside villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and with direct access to one of Kingsand’s beaches.
Parking
The historic village does not have private parking; however, the Kingsand pay and display carpark is less than a of couple minutes’ walk away from the property.
Additional Information
Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price. (Please bring you own beach towels.)
The property has Wi-Fi.
One well behaved pooch allowed with an additional fee of £30 per week.
During peak periods, April Cottage’s changeover day is Friday to Friday.
Three night / Short stays
Available between October and April (excluding school holidays), please feel free to contact our friendly team with required dates.
Refundable security deposit
Please note that a deposit of £ 250.00 will be held one day before check-in then returned four days after check-out providing no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred.
