The Neighborhood:
The new Bywater is a friendly and laid-back area, rated as one of the top 10 hippest neighborhoods in the country by the New Yorker. We are two short blocks from the Marigny/Bywater buzz, and are a short $5 Uber to the French quarter. We are located one block from St. Claude, in the St. Roch area, aka the New Bywater.
Right across the street is a top rated local coffee shop. We are within close walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in New Orleans -- our favorite spot nearby is Bacchanal. Whether you’re a family, colleagues, or a group of friends, the Bywater has something for everyone.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by bike or Uber. The main Bywater dives (The Country Club, Oaxalis, Suis Generis, Elizabeth's, etc.) are less than a 5 minute walk. The French Quarter is a short taxi/Uber away; however, many locals prefer to spend time here in the Marigny/Bywater, on Frenchman Street, or in the local galleries, restaurants, bars, and cafes that are all nearby.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.
–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
